Price and speed of delivery.

Easy transaction and fast shipping. It was a great first purchase on sidelineswap.

All works great here. Only problem (not related to SidelineSwap) is the amount of taxes we must pay on top of the price

First time using the site. Found what I was looking for at a great price compared to other sites. Seller shipped the item fast and it was in excellent condition more than meeting my expectations. I dint realize that the seller has to wait for you to accept the product on the site after you've received it in order to get paid so make sure you do that.

This process was easy and the seller and I were able to communicate easily. We got the bat exactly when we coordinated it.

It be alright if you didn't have to wait so long to cash out just because the buyer doesn't get on and approve anything for days

Bad experience! Seller shipped the item with the security device still on it, shipping took forever. I could not remove the device and contacted the seller, seller offer to ship back at their expense to remove the device so I shipped it back. Sideline swap cancelled the transaction after I shipped it back so what a waste of time. Now I can't even rate how bad the experience was...

I think the fees are too high for the seller however they overall are pretty good company, honest and safe to sell items.

There customer support system is horrendous I was banned off the app for no reason at all they reviewed it unbanned me and then a day later they banned me again with no reason again.

Purchased an Icon bat for my son’s 9th birthday. It arrived on time and we were able to give it to him on his special day. He took one or two swings off the tee and the end cap flew off. This was less than 10 minutes after opening his present. Filed a return. Company refused it because it was damaged after use. I was able to get around 50% off on the bat after multiple communications, but the bat is still broken. It should have been refunded no question. I hate giving negative reviews. Hopefully things improve for your company.

As a buyer this was the first positive experience I have ever had. The seller was honest and wasn’t playing games. He answered my questions, I paid him, he dropped the bat off for shipping all in the same day.
