From the very beginning Sideline were professional, responsive and so accommodating. We had a long selling process and they kept in touch and were completely flexible in my ever changing dates! On the day Andrew and the team were swift, respectful and professional, they made me feel I was in good hands all the way. Thoroughly recommend them for any moving job. They even took away the items that didn't fit! Amazing job!

Excellent and Professional service from start to finish. Andrew was very patient as we had our exchange postponed twice. On completion day, they arrived promptly and had the vans loaded in no time. The unloading was equally efficient and professional. All in all, Andrew and the team made our move as smooth as it could have been.

What an amazing team of removal workers - so efficient and everything arrived in perfect condition. Lovely people and fantastic service. Happy to recommend them. Andrew and Lee were very professional and approachable. All items in the move were handled with care and their timing for attendance + completion was superb. They worked very dilegently/efficient-on the day and their service was second to none. The price was very fair.

There was a snagging issue with a wardrobe that was too big and they dismantled it and put together with care. 100% would use again

Sideline did two moves for us, one in April, one in May, both 'heavy duty'. The men who did the lifting and loading did work hard, but the rest of the move was more than disappointing. The surveyor, Andrew. underestimated the vans and the time needed on both moves, to the extent that a lot of garden items had to be left behind. Andrew then advised he had decided it was not worth paying an extra £300 for another van, without referral to me. I would gladly have paid the extra money but was not given the choice, so had to give costly items to neighbours. On the second move, items were left behind which meant that one van had to do another return journey to London, which Andrew said he would not charge for - I should think not !!! Several items were broken, due to not being adequately packed, furniture scratched badly in some cases, the lounge carpet was damaged, plus several more instances. We are still unpacking boxes, and still finding damage. All in all, not a good experience, and we could/would not recommend Sideline.

Very straightforward to deal with, available when I needed them to be, good communication leading up to the job, arrived punctually, moving done with great care. All in all, top class experience.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. At exceedingly short notice (less than a day) they were able to come and pack for me… On Mother’s Day no less… For a move that’s imminent next week. I have a spine injury which severely limits my ability to pack things myself, and these guys came at a moments notice.

Extremely professional, exceedingly efficient, they had one room which was filled with junk and “stuff” packed in boxes and stacked neatly within an hour, and then moved onto the kitchen which was packed with care, all neatly wrapped up, boxes thoroughly labelled, and did everything that I asked them to do all with a smile.

So if you need removals or just packers, give these guys a call. I always think a shout out to those who do a Fab job is necessary… So this is mine LOL.

Move went to plan and was as stress free as possible, which was very important as dad has dementia and was moving into supported living. Sideline made the whole moving process easy. We used the packing and moving service/ They packed efficiently and quickly, and then the move was seamless. Not a single thing broke, everything was put in the right places and they were all lovely friendly people. Comms from Andrew were excellent, he was so flexible and helpful.

Andrew and his team were amazing!
Our move took place on a Friday and could have been incredibly stressful due to late releases of keys etc. The team there ensured everything was completed and even came back the next day with some items that couldn't be fitted in the day before. I would highly recommend Andrew who was really polite, very reasonably priced and highly efficient!

Great team, they both work quickly and carefully, they moved my furniture and cristal without a scratch or anything broken, they also help assemble some of my furniture at the end. Highly recommended. Thanks for your help Andrew.
