Shuropody Arvostelua 

This is the second pair of slippers that my dear father uses as shoes, as his feet can't fit into normal shoes. He is delighted! So comfortable and easy to get on.

Appalling service. Notwithstanding the shoes I ordered were in the sale, the two that arrived were entirely different colours from each other, as one had faded badly. They are unwearable. What has happened to the quality of service Shuropody used to be known for? I will never use you again.

Nice comfy foot wear, sad not a full range available anymore

I bought a pair of boots at Shuropody in Aberdeen 10 years ago and they have been the best pair of shoes I have ever owned. Recently their sole split beyond repair so I started looking online and found the exact same pair with your company. I loved them so much I proceeded to buy them in brown and the original black I had previously. That was the only down side they were unavailable in black.
I will keep trying but for now I am delighted with the brown pair and hopefully they will last me another 10 years. Thank you Shuropody 😊

I have had discomfort in my feet for the past few months. The pain was most acute when my feet were flat to the floor, so I was looking for a wedge-heeled sandal. And this is it! I can now walk around the house, and go to the shops, in comfort.

shoes are great...delivery...not so easy to navigate, and they delivered a day early luckily I was in

Ordered a pair of sandals with 3-5 day delivery. No email received regarding delivery tried to contact - phone number doesn't connect so I decided on emailing. Replies were prompt but of no real help. Three weeks later no sandals no idea why. I continued to email and later informed the sandals were out of stock! Disappointed doesn’t even cover it.

After putting the order through I didn't hear anything,my daughter emailed but no one replied for a week , didn't say when my order would arrive and after 3 weeks I received it . I don't think that is good enough, you had my money when I put the order through .

Never ever received a refund for Footcare treatment plan.
Last responce from customer service was cannot do anything more.
Don’t trust this company with your money.

I was disappointed not to receive them in time for the holiday even though I had ordered them 10 days in advance. There was no communication from the company until I emailed them . Apparently the slow delivery was due to a warehouse move. Although the sandals are comfortable, I am unlikely to order from them again.

Order took far too long to be delivered

My shoes arrived on time. I like the style and the quality of the shoes. The shoes are comfortable. I have ordered another pair of shoes in blue. The shoes are worth the money.

Need to let customers know if goods are being delayed beyond their initial delivery schedule when or as soon as after purchase.
Satisfied with shoes and good value.

Lovely sandals unfortunately they went in the sale after I had purchased them.
