God service og meget nemt med en velfungerende app til at låse op i bygningen.
Lidt frustrerende, at jeres toilet var låst, men det er en mindre ting.

Super god service i Shurgard i Valby
Tusind tak for rigtig god service i Shurgard Valby (og i telefonen af Jesper, før mit besøg i Valby).
Det var så dejligt at blive modtaget i "butikken" af en sød og behagelig medarbejder (Anne-Marie), som bare ønskede at gøre det bedste for kunden, det sætter jeg stor pris på :-)

Har altid været tilfredse med Shurgard men Emma gjorde det til en virkelig god oplevelse ved rumflytning. Emma sørgede for at levere smil, grin og virkelig god kundeservice hele vejen.. Desværre fik jeg ikke fat i hendes kollegas navn men hun var også super sød og hjælpsom. Tak for god service.

De behagelige ansatte i Suhrgaard Valby gør en super indsats
De dygtige ansatte i Suhrgard Valby gør et solidt stykke arbejde for kunderne af lagerhotellet med imødekommenhed og ekspertise. De er altid villige til at hjælpe og finde de bedste løsninger.
De skal også belemres med at forsvare Suhrgards overprisede koncept for kunder, der benytter sig af lagerhotellet over længere perioder end 6 måneder. En prissætning, de ikke selv har indflydelse på.
Hvis Suhrgards kapitalistiske grådige ejere ikke har et begreb om fair prissætning, har de dog et begreb om gode og dygtige ansatte.
