Eenvoudig geregeld, veilig.
Online reserveren was heel eenvoudig. Vanuit Shurgard werd ik gebeld om alles af te stemmen en uit te leggen. De opslagruimte en locatie is netjes, veilig en goed toegankelijk. Hek openen met de app gaat goed.

Gemakkelijk online reserveren en gebruiken
Gemakkelijk online reserveren, fijne telefonische ondersteuning door medewerker, handig en duidelijk toegangssysteem. Ook staan er karretjes klaar die je kunt gebruiken om je spullen naar de opslagruimte te rijden. Mijn vriend en ik waren echt positief verrast!

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, nadat ik een box online gereserveerd had werd ik gebeld.
Zij heeft mij alles uitgelegd hoe het werkt, en nam hier ook echt de tijd voor.
Wat een heerlijke ervaring dat dit vandaag de dag waar alles snel moet nog kan.

Online shop has all info needed to make…
Online shop has all info needed to make the purchase. However before renting it out, I blocked the space to physically check it out.
There only challenge I faced was that there was no person onsite where I wanted to rent. Upon calling I was directed to another place, where I received all info and in the end then the purchase online.
The second, it was not clear in the beginning that I need to set up the app. However after installation, everything was simple.

Zeer klantvriendelijk en transparant
Toen ik door vertraging op de verhuisdag te laat zou aankomen bij de Shurgard-vestiging om de administratieve zaken te regelen, was de medewerker van Shurgard zo klantvriendelijk om het allemaal via videobellen af te halen. Daar was ik erg blij mee, gezien ik al met de volle verhuisbus ri. Shurgard reed en het me enorm veel tijd en geld zou hebben gekost als ik op een andere dag pas zou kunnen verhuizen. Enorm bedankt!!
