Attention aux offres à 1€

Je réserve le 31 août une offre en ligne ‘offre exclusivité web’ sur le prix d’un box auquel s’ajoute l’offre à 1 euros le premier mois de location. Il s’avère que j’ai reçu les deux factures sur l’offre web mais rien sur le premier mois. À aucun moment mes interlocuteurs sur le site m’ont dit que cette ne marcherait pas d’où ma surprise. De plus je suis toujours en attente d’un appel téléphonique du responsable de site.

Ratiba was wonderful and helped us immensely!

The staff were very helpful as we do not speak French and this is our first day in the country. Ratiba showed us where our unit was, how to access it and how to access entry to the premisis.She was very patient and spoke Spanish as it was our second language.

Excellent, j’ai réservé un box en ligne le jeudi, processus digital.
Tout était conforme, pour récupérer les clefs directement dans le box le vendredi.
Et un grand bravo pour l’application, fini de taper un code un rallonge, l’ouverture des portes avec l’appli, c’est juste tiptop !
