Helpful and professional

We were arranging storage for a client of ours, a somewhat complicated situation. Gareth and Adam were extremely helpful and patient. We were very impressed with the set up on site.

Gareth from Putney Shurgard was great. Talked me through the whole process and was really patient and friendly.

What could have been a very confusing process with lots of paperwork was a breeze. Thank you Gareth.

Also very good value with no minimum commitment, perfect for in between flats.

Amazing customer service

I've recently phoned the Shurgard help desk to simply enquire about storage options. And the customer advise I've received was simply amazing. Gareth was also very helpful when I've arrived for my appointment. He has given me a lot of practical and honest advise which made me sign up and rent one unit. I would highly recommend visiting the Putney branch.

Very helpful

Adam was very helpful- proactively explained all the options available, the recommended space for our demand and assisted with the admin for setup and reserving the unit.

Semira was incredibly helpful

Semira was incredibly helpful. I am a regular customer and when it came the time to double the size of my unit, she managed to find a brilliant deal and was lucky enough to move me to the larger unit on the same floor. The transfer was a breeze.
