Huren zonder gedoe.
Omdat het zo makkelijk was om een ruimte gelijk online te reserveren plus dat je ook gelijk kan opzeggen zonder gedoe. Je huurt wat je nodig heb zit nergens aan vast.

mooie opslag. Schoon. het personeel is super aardig.
Jammer dat je zoveel moeite moet doen om je opstalverzekering aan te tonen, terwijl Shurgard echt wel weet welke verzekeringen dit prima hebben gedekt en dat ook zouden kunnen vragen bij aanvang contract. Verzekering verkopen is een onderdeel vh verdienmodel

Een goede service, ben goed geholpen door het personeel en heb een grote storage box voor een leuke prijs.

Een dag na het aanvragen van een box…
Een dag na het aanvragen van een box kon ik al langskomen om deze in gebruik te nemen. Ik kreeg een heldere uitleg over waar ik de box kon vinden en hoe je toegang krijgt met de Shurgard app. Wel is het enigszins vreemd dat het welkomspakketje met daarin het slot en sleutels in de box klaargelegd zijn en iedereen daar bij zou hebben gekund die toegang heeft binnen het complex.
