Shurgard Self Storage - Kentish Town Arvostelua 

I was sorting out a lot of stuff, moving units and generally being a time consuming customer. Nancy talked me through the process, helped me sort out getting everything authorised with my company directors and was just really helpful and patient. Huge thanks to her and arinze for everything they’ve done today, they’ve been amazing!

Whilst the phone login made it easy to access the building we did not have the best experience here. Our email stated we were on the ground floor but when we got there, it was actually a unit stacked above another therefore we had to use stairs in order to move our furniture in. The stairs are narrow and not solid, it was so difficult to get large pieces of furniture up the stairs and into the unit. Additionally the door to the unit only opened inwards which is just crazy and impractical, we couldn’t use a fair amount of the unit else the door could not close as it only went inwards?! Lastly we paid £14 extra for a lock only for the doors to not fit that lock, it looked like other units had completely different doors so not sure if we just had a dud locker but we ended up having to drive to a hardware store to get a new lock. Overall pretty disappointing experience.

Use the place for a good year or 2 cancelled my contract moved out my stuff an left the door open and some one dumped a item inside my locker an Shute guard tried to fine me altough I told them on the day my locker is clear
Now a few hike later I tried to rent of them and the employee refused me and said that it’s becase I didn’t clear my locker once explained that I had done he then said ok well that’s not the problem the problem is u pay late so I then said so why did you never cancel my contract u was happy to keep me going back then but becase u tried to exploit me for money an I didn’t let it happen u now refuses me this is the manger at purly way he’s done this to a few of my friends

Kentish Town I can’t see inside my locker as hallway light has been broken for three months! Have flagged it up three times since and NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. Kentish Town reception woman couldn’t care less. I got a shrug and a real attitude form her body language and face !
