Breach of fire regulations
Breach of fire regulations, rodent infestation, diseases, major leaks from a roof that has not been repaired in years, lift buttons have fallen in on both lift panels, ant infestation, moth infestation, failure to provide adequate lighting in units, ongoing unit thefts. Shugard have shown no interest in addressing the issues since 2018. I have been left with no alternative but to report the issue to RBKC Health Case Number 303251 - case currently open. The North Kensington Branch building is not fit for purpose. Do not let the appearance of the reception fool you, visit the customer toilets, it illustrates perfectly what is behind the scenes. This company does not care about the health and safety of its customers. Gaslighting when you make a complaint. I will be sharing the images and videos for Public Interest Disclosure. FYI No PPE provided during Covid for customers.

After the shocking 100% price increase at Safestore great to now be at Shurgard
After the shocking 100% price increased that Safestore preesented to me as a "take it or get lost" offer I was great to find a company that cares what its clients think, and at a great price. I was quoted £438pm told I was lucky as the figure could have been £578. They have a clause that allows the 100% price hike - I was paying £218!!!! So we have all had decisions harder than that!
