Snel en duidelijk hoe men hier te werk gaat. Wordt ook nog achteraf gebeld om te controleren of alles naar wens is en of ze nog wat kunnen betekenen voor je.

Snel geregeld, vriendelijke medewerker
Online geboekt, binnen mum van tijd waren we voorzien van een box.
De vriendelijke medewerker heeft me telefonisch de eerste keer op locatie keurig door de stappen heen geloosd (onbemande locatie). Alles is perfect geregeld!

Fijn bedrijf
Top service, onze planning verliep wat anders, waardoor we een paar dagen later langskwamen voor de ID-check en we kregen al erg snel bericht of we wel nog een box wouden huren, zodat we niet onnodig zouden betalen, we werden zelfs nog gebeld. Toen we aangaven dat we die dag langs zouden komen en de planning weer anders verliep waardoor we nog later waren, belden ze ons weer om te checken of we het niet vergeten waren/het wel konden vinden.
Verder werkt het helemaal top en voelt het erg veilig. Om het pand in te komen, moet je 2 keer een code invullen (super makkelijk en voelt veiliger) verder hangen er ook camera’s ter beveiliging.
Er staan verschillende (steek)karretjes waar je gratis gebruik van kan maken om je spullen te vervoeren. En op het terrein is meer dan genoeg plek om de auto/bus te keren wanneer je weer weg gaat.

Heldere communicatie, weinig sjouwen en slepen
Heldere communicatie, zaterdag gebeld, ik wilde op zondag de box in, daar lag het bestelde slot voor me klaar. Toegangsinstructies had ik direct in de mail. De lift werkt goed, er staan trolleys klaar en je kan zelfs met de bus het gebouw in rijden voor nog minder gesleep. Ik vind het wel aan de prijs, maar dat kan aan mij liggen.
