Exceptional Leadership and Service

Outstanding Service from AB!

​I had a wonderful experience, and it was all thanks to AB. As manager, AB leads by example—showing incredible attentiveness, warmth, and a genuine drive to go above and beyond for customers. It is clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority, and that level of care did not go unnoticed.

Great service received from Mandy and…

Great service received from Mandy and AB at the Greenford Branch. Where so many companies seem to lack on delivering customer services and not see it as inportant to do so, Mandy and AB do the opposite and provide helpful and sincere support. They are a credit to Shurgard.

Customer service

AB and Mandy were a great help with my unit transfer in store today. The process took no longer than 5 mins with clear and thoughtful help. Happy to be with them.

Quick and hassle-free

Massive thanks to A.B. at Shurgard Greenford for getting me settled into a unit which catered for my needs perfectly. The process was quick and hassle-free and I wouldn't hesitate to store with them again or recommend someone else to do so.
