Everything was clear, the phone and email communication with the Shurgard representatives were concise and to the point. The storage space works with an app which makes things so easy. You can enter the space at your convenience.

Sehr empfehlenswert
Sehr gut erreichbar, saubere und kostenfreie Parkplätze. Das System zur Türöffnung per App funktioniert tadellos. Das Gelände ist sauber und gepflegt, auch innen ist alles top gepflegt.
Der Raum ist super gelegen, gut erreichbar per Aufzug. Es sind Bollerwagen zum Transport kostenlos ausleihbar.
Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Unkompliziert und sicher
Unkomplizierte Abwicklung der Anmietung und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Gebäude ist sehr sauber,gut belüftet und gesichert, so dass man Guten Gewissens seine Sachen einlagern kann.

-Sauberkeit und schnelle Abwicklung.
Was hat mir nicht gefallen?
-Leider keine Beleuchtung obwohl mir telefonisch mitgeteilt wurde das ab 12qm auch Beleuchtung dabei ist.
-Die Schlösser haben auch Ihre besten Tage hinter sich.

Nachdem Shurgard die Räume von TopBox…
Nachdem Shurgard die Räume von TopBox in Duisburg übernommen hat gibt es keine bestromten Steckdosen mehr.
Die Toiletten wurden ebenfalls abgeschafft.
Das ist ein No Go.

Zwei Minuspunkte
Ein Minuspunkt war das nur ein Plattformwagen zur Verfügung steht und dieser sieht auch schon sehr ramponiert aus.
Nicht alle Kartongrößen stehen zur Verfügung.
