Der Lagerraum ist sauber und lässt sich…
Der Lagerraum ist sauber und lässt sich sehr gut erreichen. Bereit gestellte Wagen erleichtern den Transport zur Box.Kleiner Mangel ist das die Box keine Innenbeleuchtung hat.
Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind sehr freundlich und super hilfsbereit.
Ja und leider klappt es manchmal nicht sofort die Tür zu öffnen bzw den Fahrstuhl zu aktivieren.
Im groben aber ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Shurgard ist eine tolle Adresse für Storage!
Wir sind rundum zufrieden mit Shurgard in Berlin-Friedrichshain! Wir haben dort zwei Lagerräume (einen mit 7,5m2 und einen mit 5m2) angemietet und unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt.
Schon die Anmietung und die Beratung waren spitze – sehr professionell, kompetent und dabei ausgesprochen freundlich. Man hat sich Zeit für uns genommen und alles genau erklärt.
Die Lagerräume selbst sind genau das, was wir brauchten: Sie sind tadellos sauber, trocken und dank der guten Zugänglichkeit super einfach zu erreichen und zu beladen. Die Nutzung ist wirklich unkompliziert und die Anlage macht einen sehr sicheren Eindruck.
Der gesamte Service ist einfach klasse. Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben und merkt, dass Kundenzufriedenheit hier großgeschrieben wird.
Wir können Shurgard in Friedrichshain uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier mieten. Klare 5 Sterne!

Oma-aloitteinen arvostelu
Ich bin extrem begeistert
Ich bin extrem begeistert. Die Lagerräume sind 3 Fach abgesichert. Ohne Zugangsberechtigung besteht nicht die Möglichkeit mit dem Auto reinzufahren sowie den Fahrstuhl oder das Treppenhaus zu benutzen. Es gibt ausreichend Wägen vor Ort um das Lagergut einfach und praktisch zubewegen.

Unflexibel
Unflexibel! Alles an Fristen gebunden und wenn ich einen Tag zu spät den Space kündigen möchte (durch Abhängigkeit von Dritten) muss ich den gesamten Monat einen leeren Lagerraum bezahlen ?!! Und das soll Service sein? In 2025?? Nein Abzocke von Menschen die in Schwierigkeiten und Wohnungsnöten sind nenne ich das! Ganz unmenschlich so etwas.

Vorsicht, sehr unsicheres und unzuverlässiges Lager!!!
Vorsicht! SEHR unzuverlässig und unsicheres Lager!
Sie kündigten einfach meinen Mietvertrag, da ich mich angeblich nicht identifiziert habe, was nicht stimmt, da ich mich beim persönlichen Erscheinen vor der Einlagerung identifiziert hatte und jetzt bin ich im Ausland und höre seit Stunden nichts zurück was das Schicksal all meiner Sachen und meines Lagers anbelangt.
Ich rate allen ab dieser Firma zu vertrauen.
