Really bad communication from Shurgard
Shurgard did not communicate clearly to me when I made a contract on the phone with them regarding renting a unit of 6 square meters. As the unit was on the second floor, I asked if it was acessible by elevator which would fit bulky furniture, such as a bed. They confirmed to me that there would be an elevator, thus I signed the contract digitally. Later on, I found out that my unit was only accessible via a small elevator which would only fit 2 people. I had to go to their office to solve the problem. They offerred another unit, and I had to pay insurance again for the new unit. Later on when I checked the new unit, it was not 6 square meters as they promised due to a pillar in the corner of the unit. Shurgard did not communicate clearly to me about their product and kept giving false information. I would not recommend this company to anyone anymore

Zo ga je met klanten om: Dank!
De gehele klantreis, tot en met de ingebruikname, verliep tot op heden vlekkeloos. We waren aangenaam verrast omdat we elders voor een kleinere ruimte aanmerkelijk meer moesten betalen. Een telefoontje na de ingebruikname, of alles goed was verlopen en of er nog vragen zijn, was wellicht een kleine moeite, maar zo doe je dat als je om klanten geeft.

Heb gelijk een ruimte kunnen…
Heb gelijk een ruimte kunnen reserveren. Service was top. Werd meteen geholpen en kreeg duidelijk uitleg. Verder werd er gelijk instructies gegeven en kon de ruimte bezichtigen.

Goede locatie om je spullen tijdelijk op te slaan. Ze denken mee en hebben een prima service. Het online reserveringssysteem ging niet geheel vlekkeloos. Dus dat is een verbeterpunt.

Duidelijk snel en makkelijk
Ik heb een unit gehuurd en de hulp achter de desk was duidelijk en alles was snel geregeld en de uitleg was ook goed en makkelijk te begrijpen. Ik ben er erg blij mee.

Snel en passend geholpen
Snel te woord gestaan en kon gelijk langs om een ruimte te bekijken en huren. Heren op locatie hebben mij goed geholpen.

De tarieven zijn belachelijk hoog
De tarieven zijn belachelijk hoog. Ruim 400 euro per maand voor een kleine ruimte. Normale woonruimtes zijn veel goedkoper als je de faciliteiten vergelijkt per m2. Op jaarbasis ben je 4500 euro kwijt voor een simpele opslag. Tijd voor een alternatief want Shurgard wordt onbetaalbaar.

Super service
Reserveringproces was enorm eenvoudig. Daar ter plaatse voor identificatie zeer vriendelijk geholpen en de vrouw die ons hielp was een voorbeeld van hoe je een klant behandeld. Grote klasse!!
