First purchase

The delivery was fast. The cover of one of the books was slightly bent when I opened it.

Great service!

I picked up a copy of a graphic novel I was missing from ShulphInk.com, and am very pleased I did. My book arrived quickly, packaged with care, at a very reasonable price. Pleasently surprised.

I was suspicious at first due to the extreamly low prices of the books and shipping. But i throw caution to the wind and tried it. And boy am i happy. I ordered 7 books and they arrived in perfect condition.

No book no refund

I placed an order for the Sourdough Bible book. I was told they did not have enough in stock to complete my order . 5 weeks later still no refund . Do not use this company.

Hello Irene. As discussed with our customer support team, we issued you a full refund since May 6, 2025, and this will have reflected in your statement by now. We are a honest and reputable bookseller and apologise for any inconvenience we have caused you. Please check with your bank as discussed and ensure you’re looking at the statement for the card you ordered from. Sometimes customers look at the wrong statement and can blame us for this. In any case we apologise for the inconvenience. When you find the refund, can you please be so kind to update your review by clarifying if the refund was actually issued when we said? Thanks.

Item missing, refund, but no explanation.

The items from my order that arrived were as ordered, but one item was not included. I was later reimbursed for that item, with no details, and I had to try and hunt that item down elsewhere. I would have appreciated an explanation as to why that item, which appeared to be in stock, and my payment for it went through, why I did not recieve it. Probably wouldn't shop with this seller again.
