Great Service!!!! Shipment Error Immediately Corrected

There was a shipment item error. I called, they answered and fixed right away. They are very professional and apologetic. I was a little concerned because I hadn't ordered from them before. My correct product arrived immediately and I am very happy. I will be ordering more products in the future. This is especially great because they carry very hard to find items for me. Great service and products.

We replied and explained to her that although there was no mention of color in the description at the time of her purchase, we didn’t either hint at a color pink. She assumed the color of the gloves would be pink because the box was white and pink.

I love that he cares enough for his clients that he will recommend what’s best for you even if it may not bring him the biggest paycheck! It was an absolute pleasure to have my hair done by someone who is a master and also enjoys what he does!”

Love your site

I love the products you have but your shipping takes along time. I have to wait longer then a week to get my stuff. But the price is good. I paid $23 for 3 of the hair dyes and shipping anywhere else would of been well over $35 so I can't complain there. Just wish shipping didn't take so long. Other then that they are great second time ordering

SH Salons is one of the finest companies I have ever dealt with online in terms of product quality, service, and attention to detail … Together all of these qualities are difficult to find in one firm but SH Salons takes pride in living them and satisfying their customers through those qualities… I highly endorse SH Salons to any prospective customer
