Shropshire Home Improvements Limited  Arvostelua

Work completed on our property 11 September 2025. Excellent service from start to finish . Fitted 11 windows and 2 doors in a very professional manner. Fitters Dan and Kelly were helpful, professional and perfectionist's when fitting.

We had a space blanket installed in my conservatory roof. I'm extremely pleased with it. The fitters were called Dan and Kelly who were extremely professional.

Old carport dismantled before new one erected. Very happy with result and give full marks to Ian and Ryan who were so polite and friendly and did an amazing job.

From start to finish, they have been easy and lovely to work with! Ian and Ryan were professional but personable and did a great job with installing the new porch!

When we had problems with our installation (sunroom), Dan and Kelly were sent to sort issues. We found them to be professional, efficient, conscientious and tidy workers. Mark, who had visited us originally, was also extremely helpful throughout the process of resolving issues, so much so that we ordered a new exterior door from him on the understanding that Dan and Kelly would be the fitters. The new door was installed by Dan and Kelly and they sorted a long standing problem with the door frame. We’re very pleased with it.

Ryan and his dad. Excelent fitters nothing was to much trouble for them. Treated our home like their own not a speck of dirt when they had finished. However sales and two surveyers got measurements wrong on a bedroom window by 1ft short and when 2nd team fitted it two weeks latert
They were not as clean and tidy and asked for remainder of completion money as soon as they finished. So full five stars goes to ryan and his dad only.

This is exactly how the sales man conducted our conversation on my enquiry about guttering while promoting the company on a stand in a supermarket in Market Drayton. 30/8/25. I will not be giving them any business.

A salesperson asking how many people live in the home and about a partner is a manipulative sales tactic to assess your vulnerability and pressure you into a quick decision, rather than a genuine inquiry into your household structure. They may do this to figure out who the "soft touch" is, create a sense of urgency by implying the decision-maker (e.g., a partner) must be present, and potentially use the absence of a partner to manipulate or delay the sale, according to Reddit users. It's advisable to be wary of such questions and to avoid making any commitments during the initial visit.
Why a salesperson might ask these questions:
To gauge decision-making power:
By finding out who lives in the house, they can try to understand who holds the most influence in a purchasing decision.
To create pressure:

Dan and Kelly made a great team: courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Two bay windows fitted to a high standard with regards to appearance and above all, to safety. Thank you to both.

Great service. Tidy, clean and looks fantastic. Happy to recommend. From initial quote to completion.

No pressure sales, with expertise to assist us. Absolutely first class fitters in Ian and Ryan who were meticulous in their work and an absolute pleasure to have around. Nothing was too much from the team and their fitters are truly experts in their fields. They even left my house cleaner than when they arrived! Massive Thank you.

Excellent communication from Salesman, Surveyor and Fitters. Quality, bespoke design.

Friendly staff and very efficient, cleaned up after they had finished

Ian and Ryan came to fit our windows and doors. They were so efficient and tidy. The work has been done to an excellent standard. I was dreading the work being done but am sad to see them go. They took such pride in their work. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Thank you both

What a fantastic job by Wayne and Geoff!
Door and windows fitted efficiently, effectively and add real difference to our property.
Thank you Shropshire Home Improvements- you delivered what you promised and more!

From initial quote, onsite survey and installation the company has been very professional and kept me informed of each stage and the timings of the installation.
The installers Dan and Kell worked extremely well as a team and provided an excellent service. They went the extra mile to ensure the finish was spot on.

Had 2 wonderful men, Father and Son team their work was clean immaculate and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. The friendly duo are so kind and trustworthy people to have around JOB WELL DONE

Had our old conservatory roof taken off and a new rubber roof installed and we’re really happy with the result.

Alan, who came to quote, was friendly, down-to-earth and explained everything clearly. Daz did the installation over three really hot summer days and cracked on without complaint. He was efficient, polite, and really respectful of our home and garden.

Great service from start to finish—would definitely recommend

From the initial contact with the sales force and surveyors to the fitting of the new rubber roof on my extension, this company were profession, informative and efficient. The old felt roof was removed and replaced in a day by a two man team, and Daz came back to finish off the job on the second day. I am most impressed by this company and would not hesitate to recommend them, especially Daz.

Quality of the Triple Glazed French Doors are excellent.
Geoff and Wayne were very professional in the management of removing the old and installing the new. Talked me through the difference between double and triple glazed difference. Thank you.

We had our extension roof changed from a plastic 1 to a full roof with a rubber topping.

Daz was the man who did the work for us. He was extremely respectful, hard working and tidy. We would have him back anytime.

We would highly recommend you going with Shropshire home improvements for any of you home improvements.
