Scammers keeping money.

They are not refunding your remaining credit balance, I requested a refund weeks ago and nothing is happening. Their chat "support" is just a chatbot.
Even after writing them an email to finally refund my balance, they have just copy pasted a generic response in which they state the process of getting a refund, which I have done multiple times.

* Shown.io operates as a self-service platform, meaning users need to initiate actions like refunds. Our support team is here to guide you through these processes, and we’re happy to assist when needed.
* During our chat, we provided the correct steps to initiate a refund, and there was no indication of any issues at that time.
* In your last email, you confirmed that you had initiated the refund, and we received no further communication, so we considered the issue resolved.
* We also informed you about the typical refund processing time, which is determined by online payment processors.
* Unfortunately, it appears that not all of your funds were refunded due to multiple businesses requiring separate refunds.
* To resolve this, I’ve processed refunds for all the funds topped up in your account, including your most recent subscription, which I’ve now canceled. The refunds were issued today (August 26th) and should arrive within 5-10 business days (between September 2nd and 10th).
* Refund receipts have been sent to your email address. If you didn’t receive them, please let me know, and I’ll resend them.

I understand that waiting for funds can be frustrating, and I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. I hope the refunds arrive sooner than expected. If this clears things up, I would appreciate it if you could update or reconsider your Trustpilot review to reflect the full context of our support.

Poor service or i got scam

yesterday i Transfered money to them via telegram communication untill now they dont response after sending the funds i still hoping for their reply

looks like a scam

1. the company offers a service that it is unable to provide technically. We waited a month to resolve the launch of the campaigns. every time we had to ask for information ourselves, a solution was promised, but the result was absolutely nothing.
2. the online dashboard shows different statistics than google analytics. the service employee cannot answer the question why.

If you don't want to become a fool, I don't recommend this company. You will lose savy money and time.

As mentioned in our emails, the different statistics in Google Ads and Shown are because your ad was launched using our ad account, which is why you cannot see it in your own account. I've provided steps on how to change this in our previous email.

Regarding the Google Performance Max ad issue, there was a minor glitch on the launch day of this new feature, which you acknowledged at the time. It's common for new features to have initial hiccups, and we appreciate your understanding.
