booked a ski trip in doha and they cancelled on me after they were meant to pick me up, told me via whatsup i was getting a refund. over three months later i haven’t received my refund. i disputed the bill with my bank and they have contested my dispute even though i have evidence of them cancelling and offering a refund. DO NOT USE

The activity provider has informed us that the alternative dates were not suitable for you and therefore your booking was cancelled and fully refunded back to your card. The total amount refunded is QAR 652. We recommend you double check again with your bank regarding the reversal of the full amount as this was completed on 22 December 2025. Le campement est très professionnel
Nous avons payé un peu plus pour faire 30min de quad. Mes deux enfants de 11 et 14 ont roulé seuls. Ils ont reçu un casque au camp.
Il y a sur place des buggys et des quads très beaux
Nous avons eu un SUPER chauffeur pour ce safari.
Le chauffeur était ponctuel et très gentil.
En pratique: route depuis l’hôtel avec le chauffeur, quad ou buggy en option sur place, chameau, safari, sandboard, plage et retour à l’hôtel avec le chauffeur
Prévoir des lunettes de soleil et une casquette
Ils fournissent gentiment de l’eau sur place

Booked the Doha Night Tour on the day. Great price & communication was easy through WhatsApp. Drive & guide, Shah kept us informed with our pickup time. Great guide, managed well in traffic & very informative. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip & would recommend it wuth Shah.
