Short Stay Homes Arvostelua 

We had a great stay at Arniss farmhouse the property was perfect for all our family over Christmas and would definitely recommend it whatever the special occasion is.

Lovely town house in the centre of Christchurch near the beautiful Priory and in easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and riverside. Warm and comfortable with a good sized kitchen. Had a couple of questions which were answered very quickly even on Christmas week.

Always had a helpful friendly service, giving speedy replies to any queries pre arrival, responding to one or two minor issues during and after our stay. Website easy to navigate and again queries regarding interest to properties responded to quickly. Also prompt repayment of the deposit. Overall a great holiday service and stay. Would highly recommend.

There were 15 of us plus a dog aged from 9 to 80 and we had a wonderful time. The house was very comfortable and warm and the gardens were great to walk around and for the younger ones to play in. We could easily cook meals with the equipment provided and all sit around the table together. Our only complaint was that there was so much storage room in the kitchen that it took days to remember where everything was. Very easy walking distance to centre of Salisbury which we did most days.

We have stayed in this property several times, including when it owned by the previous owners. Short Stay Homes have made improvements to the property and maintain it in first class condition. On a previous occasion we had an issue which was resolved to our complete satisfaction.

Grandparents with children and grandchildren, ten in total, we were very pleased with the house and its amenities, the surroundings and settings. It fit our needs perfectly. A somewhat nostalgic grandfather bringing his family to see where he studied almost fifty years ago in Bournemouth, we all enjoyed our stay in Christchurch. We will certainly bear Short Stay Homes in mind, should we need accommodation on return to the south of England.

Beck Cottage was the perfect place for a 3 generation family holiday. It was very comfortable. Had plenty of space. My sister really appreciated the shepherds hut, we all enjoyed the games room and hot tub. The icing on the cake was the Pub next door, which did excellent food. (However the music on the Saturday night until midnight, wasn’t so good 😀)

We had a wonderful stay at the Riverside lodge. The lodge was so peaceful and had everything we needed for a completely relaxing break.

The surrounding river and countryside were a joy, which could all be accessed from the windows of the lodge.

The beds were comfy with lovely crisp linen and the general equipment in the kitchen etc was all we needed.

We will be back!

Mews Hill was a perfect sized and spacious house for our extended family and well situated for the New Forest. We enjoyed playing badminton in the garden and the two dogs loved romping in the adjoining field. The table tennis in the garage was very popular too. We all had a wonderful holiday. Thank you.

Our family group included 6 adults, one teenager, two children, one toddler, two pet dogs and a Guide Dog in training. Often we pondered who was enjoying our stay more: the dogs, the kids, or the adults! We decided that we all enjoyed it immensely. The house was spacious and comfortable; the rooms were lovely and well appointed; the garden was fantastic - with amenities for all including the large outdoor dining table, the covered barbeque area, the hot tub, the children's playground area, and quiet areas.
The location cannot possibly be beat! Just a 5 minute walk from the cathedral and museum (don't miss the museum - it's great and offers a discount for English Heritage members). The Town Market on Saturday and Tuesday was excellent.
The EV charger was a lovely convenience. It was a short drive to so many wonderful places to visit.
We ran out of time before we ran out of ways to enjoy staying at Osmund House. We hope to stay there again next year.

House was lovely for 8 adults &3 children very quiet & peaceful . The big boys loved the fishing too .
The road to it was challenging but worth it .

Property was as described - spacious, clean and well appointed, with a welcome basket, and a very easy booking process
The layout made it very suitable for our disabled visitor
Although the open plan living area was great, it got very hot in the day as there was no shading on the roof light. Fans were not provided. NB There is no garden or playspace, other than the driveway There were no welcome flowers which we had been promised Garden seating looked tired and there was no outdoor umbrella so no shade.

Beautiful property and good customer service.

The property was open plan, allowing in a lot of natural light. The Kitchen had most things we needed (although salt and pepper would have been a nice add on) and the jacuzzi was the perfect addition for our group.

Nature around the property was amazing and peaceful with no noise to be found. Other properties were far enough to not be disturbing and the woods close by is beautiful for a walk.
Staff were very helpful and with very quick response times. We needed some last minute changes to the property and Justin was very quick to come and make the changes… service with a smile.

I will definitely consider this property again🙏🏼 thank you

Fantastic stay, beautiful cottage, lovely pub next door!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Quay House
. the house is a gem: large enough for our party of 14 to gave us a lot of space yet to get together easily
. the location next the the Priory was lovely (although the bell ringing during the night was an initial problem solved by ear plugs!)
. the close proximity to the centre of Christchurch, the water and various walks was perfect.
. the administration (emails, documentation, website) by Short Stay Homes was professional and friendly
. the property was delivered very clean with an impressive inventory of kitchen utensils!

We would definitely stay again.

Again, a first class property and service. Nothing is too much trouble for the team. Everyone enjoyed the family gathering for my wife's 60th.

Fabulous quirky cottage, perfect for a get together with very dear friends.... loads of space and the large kitchen table was perfect for our lovely dinner on the first night and lazy breakfasts.

The communication from Short Stay Homes was excellent. We were sent plenty of information about the cottage, facilities, local area etc. We stayed in Criddlestyle Cottage which was beautiful, clean, large spaces both inside and out and was perfect for a holiday with our children and grandchildren. Such a lot of thought was put in to the details that make it such a great place. Thank you so much for providing the perfect place for us to make cherished family memories. Highly recommended.

Perfect accommodation for a large group ranging from 10 to 70+ years, well equipped and very comfortable. Galton's Cottage is in a great location with cycle trails and lovely walks close by. Shops very close too. The children loved the games room and the adults loved the bar!! The welcome basket and flowers very much appreciated.
