As a startup owner that iterates fast and evolves with everyday world-wide events, I appreciate the fact that shortlisted.io is very well organized and we are able to tag our candidates. Using LinkedIn or even any other platform to handle hires is somewhat complicated and would require another person that their function is just to review the profiles and scheduling interviews, etc...
In this case, shortlistd.io is a good platform for those who are busy founders, but also for recruiters who want a platform that organizes the candidates in categories, let's you take notes, etc...
