This group was great

This group was great. Very helpful when the shuttles weren't running and we couldn't get to the departure location. Kind guides took us to beautiful locations where we got the adventure of a life time.

It took forever to get the emailed…

It took forever to get the emailed booking code or number, the delay in receipt of the code made me think that it was something with my computer and caused me a great deal of stress trying to find another way to get the code and then I called nobody with cruises.com could help give me a very lengthy explanation of how to submit a form for a claim it should all be able to be completed in a very simple process on the website it should be simpler to just process the order without having to access an emailed code.
