Shoptiques Arvostelua 

I think Shoptiques as an org/website is great. The only reason I knocked off one star is that some of the vendors on the site are not 100% reliable. Items delayed, items out of stock, wrong items sent. Everything gets corrected so not a huge deal, but users need to realize they are not buying from "professional" ecommerce sites but small boutiques, so not totally seamless. But kudos to Shoptiques for managing all this!

I bought an item but then the boutique didn’t have it in stock.
I should’ve gotten money back, not a gift card because I ordered the item. I didn’t return it.

Wonderful company. Seamless ordering, quick delivery! Items came hand wrapped and a hand written thank you note!!! Customer service like I haven’t seen in a very long time! Keep up the good work!

Was looking for a Monkey Mango scarf in a pink shade that my local store didn't carry so I did an online search and found one at Shoptiques--YAY!!! Was also able to charge it to my PayPal acct. Scarf was even delivered to my home a day ahead of schedule!

Shoptiques was a good experience; found what I wanted, fair price, quick shipping. The seller, Down to Earth, made it an easy experience. It would be better if they showed customer reviews on Shoptiques site for each seller.

Habe einen Ständer mit billigen Perlen Armbänder für 99€ bestellt. Nur ein Armband das nie mehr als 1,50€ kostet bekommen. Nachdem ich mich bei Paypal beschwert habe ist jetzt unnötiger Schriftverkehr gelaufen und es wird mir versprochen ein return label zu senden was seit 1 Woche nicht passiert. Paypal würde Geld zurückerstatten wenn ich die Ware zurücksende, was ich nicht kann weil mir das Label fehlt. Ich empfehle nichts dirt zu kaufen

Upon opening my storefront in Nov 2020 I researched to find a POS company that I felt comfortable with after an unsuccessful attempt with Shopify online prior to the store opening. I made the decision to go with Shoptiques mainly because of the ability to speak with a real person when I have POS issues. As someone who has been in retail for 33 years at corporate senior management leadership; I understand how imperative it is to have a POS company you trust.
I have been very pleased with the performance of Shoptiques. There are three employees specifically that I feel go above and beyond to ensure the customer experience is flawless Elliot, Avery and Lindsay have been wonderful to work with.
In my short time with this company I have already seen growth with the leadership, and hardware additions that aide business for the better. I consistently recommend Shoptiques to numerous small business retailers! I appreciate a company that values their clients and this is what Shoptiques does!!
