The Curtain Shop Arvostelua

Excellent service from initial contact to installation. Very good communication all through the process. End product and outcome exceeded my expectations.

Arrived on time - Sash & Chris worked well together and had my blinds in place in no time. No mess and took away my old blind along with all the packaging. Also showed me how to take blinds down for when decorating. The blinds were just what I ordered and look lovely - thank you

Really pleased with the service from start to finish. The team were friendly, professional and helpful, and the blinds were fitted to a very high standard. Everything was completed neatly and efficiently, and the finished result looks fantastic.

I haven't seen the curtains that were made for my Son , but think they are fine. However the admin side seams a little amiss. We're given a date for fitting without checking with the resident , then when they were due to be fitted the date was changed. Also the fitting wasn't correct , and someone had to revisit to adjust. Not sure why this occured , as everything else was good.

Helpful , friendly staff and I am pleased with the service I received.
I already recommend a friend and she too is very satisfied with the blinds that she chose.

Great efficient friendly service at a good price. Highly recommend.

Helpful and friendly service. Eager to get it right.

Chris & colleague "sorry I didn't get his name" friendly & professional" my blinds look lovely!
Thankyou

Friendly, very efficient and excellent communication.

Ideally I would give 4 and a half stars. The making and fitting was excellent, with just a minor hiccup over the final fitting, which was easily resolved. We're very pleased with the result and would use the business again.

Once again exceptional personal service, with back up assistance if needed. We'll done.

Nothing too much trouble and the quality of work superb.

Highly recommended

Fantastic, friendly service. Very quick from measurement to installation. Thank you!

From first contact to installation Shaz and the team at The Curtain Shop have been wonderful. They provided the initial quote quickly and advised on options when we weren't sure what to order. Our blinds were fitted over 2 days and each visit was carried out by a polite member of the team. We love the blinds and will most definitely be using Shaz's team again when we order more for other rooms in our home. Thanks so much.

Great customer service - as a small independent retailer we were able to deal directly with the owner who was always available and accessible. Excellent knowledge and advise on products - guided us through the purchase from start to finish. Competitive pricing.
Professional fitting of curtains and blinds.
Highly recommend The Curtain Shop

Really good communication and reliability. Good product and all glitches etc corrected in a timely way.

Made to measure 89mm vertical blind
Excellent service and communication from start to finish.
rofessional friendly

Beautiful, high-quality custom ILIV curtains! The Curtain Shop helped me decide on fabric choices, design schema and add-ons to suit three large windows (one measured 2.6m!) for my Drawing Room. They offer appointments to visit you in your own home to suit. I was regularly kept abreast of next steps through texts and emails. I was super impressed with how quick it was to order samples, and then receive the real products once finalised. Thank you again :)

I am so happy to have a blind for our extremely wide kitchen window. So many other companies have said that it was impossible and that I would need two or three overlapping short blinds and that I would never, ever get a single roller blind that wide.
The Curtain Shop has proved them all wrong and I couldn't be more pleased. I really like their 'Can Do' attitude.
Because of the width, only certain fabric ranges were suitable but I was easily able to find one that works perfectly in our kitchen.
The Curtain Shop made an appointment to take accurate measurements, gave us a quote which we accepted and delivered and fitted the kitchen blind within a few weeks and faster than we expected as the Easter Bank holidays intervened.
The kitchen finally looks complete!

My husband had a blind made for his study at the same time - he is as happy as I am with the service we received.

From the initial visit to installation, we could not have been more impressed. Our shutters look amazing! The attention to detail and professionalism of all at The Curtain Shop is second to none.
