I ordered these tank tops in XL, which is my normal size, but when they arrived the sizing was extremely small. Their XL fits closer to an adult Medium or even Small. The product quality itself seems decent, but the sizing is significantly off. Unfortunately, the bigger issue has been customer service. I have emailed the company five separate times and followed their instructions for a Domestic Return, yet I have received no response at all.
There was also no return information included in the package, which makes the process even more frustrating.
If you are normally an XL, I would strongly suggest ordering at least two sizes up XXXL, if not more. At this point, my main concern is the lack of customer support and inability to process a return. Thus, I may be cleaning the car with these newfound unreturnable rags

This was a complete scam. I never received my package then received no response from the company after numerous emails. Do not buy anything from here.

I ordered tank tops over a month ago with express shipping and my order hasn’t even moved from the original facility. I’ve emailed support multiple times and no response. Scam alert

I had ordered a pack of ordered a pack of 4 fitted tank tops, however, I accidentally picked the wrong sizes. As soon as I ordered them I noticed the error and emailed Somnea’s support team. I sent three emails, across three days and then another follow up more than a week later. I have not received any support, receipt of email nor any sort of guidance. I am extremely beside myself with Somnea’s lack of professionalism. I honestly didn’t want to write a review but I’ve tried everything to get their attention so maybe this will work

Horrible customer service I ordered 2 weeks ago and haven’t received any updates on the whereabouts of my order have emailed 3 times to support Have not received any response from them I asked for a refund but they have ignored my emails completely. I would not recommend buying of this website.

It's been more than a month. I have not received my order, no updates from their end. This is probably a drop shipping vest company delivering from China as it initially showed me a Chinese address from delivery location. Shop app shows nothing.
I need my money back!

I ordered shirts. It took 46 days to receive them. The day after I received the order, I requested an exchange. After 2 months of delays and me returning the shirts, they said they couldn't honor the return after 30 days even though they have both my money and their shirts.

Easily the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. The tank tops arrived and were tiny so I immediately requested a refund. Over the course of 4 months they told me they were looking into/processing my refund. After 4 months I was then told I couldn’t have a refund as it had exceeded 30 days. The customer service is laughable, taking 4 months to reach a conclusion then denying refund because they took soo long. Really would not recommend this company, a complete scam.

Place an order and the shop app automatically changed it back to my previous address. I immediately emailed to cancel to change address and was told they’d amend it their end. Nothing was changed and was sent and delivered to my old address as no signature was required.

They have not taken accountability for their error and because I didn’t reply with my address in time (it wasn’t dispatched for another 3 days) now asking I make a lost parcel dispute with the carrier before they can take any action. - Asked for a refund multiple times and it is being ignored.

Wouldn’t trust this site.

Didn’t think I’d care much about a tank top but this one’s different. The fabric feels premium right out of the bag. Flat seams mean no rubbing under shirts. Been reaching for it a lot lately.

Customer service took a bit to reply when I asked about my order, but whatever, the product’s good. Fits well, sits flat, and doesn’t squeeze my chest like others I’ve tried.

Huge scam, marketing branded clothings and sending you Chinese quality knock offs. Then you have to pay $15 processing & shipping fee and $15 restocking fee to return them. What a hassle. Plenty of 1 star reviews everywhere, the 5 star ones are fake. I have to go through with my bank and request a chargeback against them now.

Order is taking much longer than expected and I paid for express/priority shipping. I still haven’t gotten the 6 items I ordered, and after looking at reviews I’m worried. If someone could reach out and reassure me than I’m even going to get my order that would be appreciated.

Terrible customer service. I was not happy about the quality of their tank tops, and they have not responded to me about a refund despite claiming to have a 60 day policy. It has been over 2 months now.

Product took a very long time to arrive. It's quality, but 4 weeks is far too long for something like this to take in the mail.

Paid additional for next day shipping, package still not in transit. Stuck at “shipment information received” for days. Do not recommend buying from these guy or paying for quicker shipping.

Shirt came super small. I ordered a size up and still could not fit it on.
Customer service was quick to respond to my initial inquiry for a return shipping label and then never followed up despite multiple emails asking for an update for a month. Still no resolution. Awful customer service

If I could give a 0 stars I would. I would highly recommend avoiding this site. I tried to order from them. Shipping took quite some time and when I tried them on they were two small. I now have been trying to do a return for almost a month and have been ignored after one response trying to refuse my return.

Fake website. No customer support, Paid 26£ and never received any products. No social media presence as well. They send you a shipping info of ‘Yun Express’ which stays on ‘Received Shipment Info’ for weeks.

Received the product in decent time and in decent condition. Probably the only 2 positives unfortunately.
I ordered 3 tanks, sized up considerably considering the fit is tighter, still one of the tightest, shortest and uncomfortable tanks I’ve worn. Sorry guys, these just aren’t it. For reference to those looking to grab these - I purchased 2XL, I’m 5’9” @ 97kg. Definitely recommend 3XL if you’re anything like my above stats.
