I have done jobs for this company for several years. They are always prompt at responding to my messages and queries. They've always been helpful when I've had difficulties. I particularly like the way they send me a message whenever I have a job scheduled for any particular day, this eliminates the possibility of forgetting it.
I also like that they sometimes allocate jobs directly to me along with a message that they have done so. The company people with whom I have had any contact have always been very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I believe the integrity of this company is very high.

I use Mystery Shopping and other assignments as a way of building my listening skills, improving my communication skills and improving my report writing skills.

A great, fun way to earn a few extra $$$ and, if the assignment calls for it, some other small reward as well.

Have been working with shoppernow for around 2 years and it's been great for earning extra money and there are usually plenty of jobs available. Was particularly good while I was living in the city.

The shop assignments are fun,the guide lines are clear and easy to follow and the reporting is not hard at all.
I fi d the shops fun and love getting hoodie, from alcohol to groceries etc.
Also love pretending to shop for brand new cars.
It's all a bit of an adventure really.
We love to travel about and make a few $$ along our travels.
Helps cover the extra fuel costs.

Supportive,constructive and encouraging working environment. I was appraised,when I embarked on my first assignment, 5 years ago. I have since done more than 600 jobs with them. I have enjoyed doing a varieties of jobs for them.

I've loved my experience as a Mystery Shopper. I am able to select the job, day, and time that fits in around my family and I get to earn a little extra cash...it's a win win! Management are easy to get in contact with if there are any issues and problems are always fixed promptly and with no fuss. I feel very lucky that I get to do this to bring in a little extra income.

A great little side gig for some extra money and also a great opportunity to become a wine connoisseur. You get the convenience to choose the jobs which best suit you and you get to select your own alcohol to the point of reimbursement. Contacting them is very easy if a problem is to arise, they are more than welcome to lend a helping hand. Friendly staff, flexible and a great side job!

ShopperNow are great a great company and choice if you're looking to earn some extra cash every now and then. Their website is super easy to navigate and super easy to find jobs you are interested in completing and near you. There's always a job near that I'm happy to pop out and completed.

Such a great company, unlike other mystery shopper companies, Shopper Now employs you which makes tax time easy and also contributes to your super. I find the jobs straight forward and enjoyable to complete. The platform is modern and easy to use.

The flexibility is great, as I am busy with work and study, so this is a great side hustle in my down time.

Great way to make some extra money on the side. Their is heaps of jobs. The staff is really friendly and supportive you work on your schedule and what you want to do. If you want to work you work and if you don't then you don't.

Shopper now allows me to make a bit of extra cash and get some cheap or free booze. Can’t complain with that! The team is also very responsive and kind and will ensure you follow the correct steps to get the job done right

I've fed these things back a few of times, but no helpful response was given. The jobs are not well reimbursed, especially when sitting in for a meal (definately not worth the time), jobs are repetitive and therefore couldn't accept some coz I'd been 3 times to the same place already, the questions in the reports don't always accurately reflect the visit but you have to answer something, so the report becomes inaccurate, and it was really unclear what the outcome of visits were (ie, no feedback).

I was so excited to be a mystery shopper, but whole the experience has left me disillusioned.
