Product did absolutely zero to colour my hair.
What a joke saying you need to use 2 to 3 pumps of shampoo. My hair is very fine and it took at least 8 pumps to cover my hair.
Colour change was Zero and left my hair so dry. Feel like I’ve been scammed!

My first purchase was from IG shopnovahair and my results were a success. For some reason I clicked and was on NovaHair.Co for my second purchase because it was on sale. The product look similar but the solution was not. The dye left a residue on my hairline like normal hair dyes, my product from shopnovahair IG did not. There are companies trying posing as copycats, please don’t fall for the scam.

Bought from their actual shop via instagram link, because they claim the bad reviews are from “fake” products. The only thing that is fake is their product. Utter rubbish that turns your hair orange. DO NOT BUY THIS

This product is not the original Nova shampoo I ordered before so this website is a scam! Do not buy the product from this site it is bad for your hair and burns your skin.

The real nova shampoo does not!!!

I never write reviews, but these products were so terrible for my hair that I felt I needed to. The shampoo made my hair feel like straw and it was completely matted, with no amount of conditioner able to save it. I had to use other hair masks and treatments from different brands to try and undo the damage these products caused, will never use again

Not impressed, I got this as didn’t want to ruin the wet room floor. Difficult to pump, smells awful and now I’m a rusty brown !!!

They claim there are many fake websites and want you to buy it on shopnovahair.com, but even on shopnovahair.com it redirects you to trynovahair.com. It's all very fishy.

I tried the red colour but wasn’t expecting it to be so bright, as the picture showed it to be a fairly dark natural colour. The dye didn’t have a very nice smell to me and it felt rough on my hair.

The packaging says to use two to three pumps, but l had to use about twenty pumps for a whole head of shoulder length hair. It also didn’t lather or spread very well considering it is supposed to be a shampoo.

Overall, the colour turned out nice if you like Ronald McDonald hair, but otherwise l found it didn’t live up to the way it was being promoted when l decided to buy it. Very misleading!

Nova hair color is bogus and a waste of my money. It does not work. Do not buy.

Initially you place the order for Nova hair dye shampoo, as you feel that this ‘natural’ product will be the ticket for disguising those grey hairs on both your scalp and beard, adding to the ease of use on the videos. Also there are other identically bottled products yet Nova warn you not to use these fake products as they contain harsh chemicals and avoid these Amazon sold shampoos. 12 hours after using the product put as recommended and with a skin test(no reaction) my face around my jawline, chin and neck has broken out into weeping sores and swollen to an extent that opening my mouth is painful. To add insult to injury(literally) my hair took no colour either. Delivery took two weeks as it comes from China. Please stay away from this product, you may as well put drain cleaner on your face and the result will be the same! Put your vanity to bed and be happy with your look, social media has a lot of blame here.

Goed gedekt. Het was heel eenvoudig, de verf in mijn haar gemasseerd en even 20 minuten gewacht, dan met goede champoo even uitgewassen en heel goede creme-behandeling erop.
Geweldig, ik raad het iedereen aan.
Wel een allergietest doen.

I bought this because of its 'natural 'claims and from UK. Product shipped from China - although colour nice my head is itching and burning. A small part where the product must not have missed as a bleach tor spot - surely there is something harsh in it that can do this. Although it claims no ammonia or peroxide. Face itching all night - body aches and pains. The only thing I have changed is using this shampoo. I feel like I have been totally scammed and feel terrible that initially I recommended it to a friend!

Did not work had a bad skin rash break out. My head and eyes swell up,had to go to the minor emergency to get a steroid shot.

Ik heb heel veel spijt dat ik het gekocht hebben, want ik had zoiets van yes!!! Misschien heb ik nu iets gevonden op natuurlijk wijze dat ik geen allergie van zullen krijgen. En ik dacht voor de zekerheid ga ik eerst een allergie test doen. Tot mijn spijt! Door die test te doen op mijn arm en achter mijn oor zit ik nu met een erge allerchies reactie. Wat dan wel willen zeggen is dat ze liegen dat er toch iets chemies in zitten dan. Ze moeten eerlijk zijn, want het kan gevaarlijk zijn voor ander mensen zoals ik die allerchies zijn. Mijn gezicht is aan de linkerkant gezwollen van de test achter mijn oor en ik heb geluk dat mijn keel niet dicht ging. Zo dus!!! Nova Hair wees eerlijk over dit product a.u.b. het bespaar heel veel mensen een hoop ellende. Een allerchie is niet om mee te spelen. Niet kopen mensen met allechie.

Bought the ligh brown product. Was keen to try as I don't have time to attend the salon.
Wet hair as instructed and used amount stated on product. Left for 10 minutes again as instructed and then rised thoroughly. No change to roots at all.
Tried the 2nd time using more product this time and there was a slight change to grey roots.
I'm very disappointed in this product as it just literally brown dye on one side and shampoo on the other. Left my hair very very dry and weak but it did have a small impact on my colour.
I will not purchase again as price is ridiculous for what it is and the results.

It's a shame really as the idea is winning.

First time I bought this product work great second time did not color my gray the co lor I ordered is black it made my roots light brown and left gray hair very unhappy will never buy again
