People need to research before they buy anything from Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. I've been scammed twice. I now research everything.
Facebook, Instagram and TikTok need to do something about these scammers. X (Twitter) cares about people and puts community notes to tell you that these so-called companies are scammers and bans them. All other SM sites don't care that people are getting ripped off.

Please don't be like me and fall for this false review and add. When I put tye dye, it felt warm then warmer and my scalp was having tye burning sensation. I wash it off right away and my hair was falling and breaking like sticks. Pls pls do not put this on your hair. It's full of chemicals and it's comes from China not an American company as advertised

I bought nova hair of ebay, for under £10, applied and left on for 20min.dyed my grey perfectly, had to add conditioner after washing out as made my hair very dry..washed hair twice since applied and still great coverage..definitely buy again.

Why do people keep falling for scams, fakes and lies. Do your research. Don't believe the hype. The Media lies.

Facebook and Instagram need to do more to prevent scammers and fakes than taking genuine accounts down and censoring the truth

Something should be done about the constant marketing and adverts that are purely to sell you chemical laden goods that could be carcinogenic. Where are the fact checkers here?

It's just all about profit. People are simply numbers that generate data and income for the greedy.

Wise up people! We are living in deceptive and selfish times.

Wow I came on here looking for reviews as the ad looked too good to be true. I wanted to know if the product had any organic ingredients as they mentioned organic in the ad. I also asked if there were any carcinogenic ingredients. When I emailed them they just gave me a list of ingredients which I didn’t need and so I asked them again. They never replied back even after another email they didn’t respond. I would stay clear if you are looking for something that is free of chemicals. Especially at this price. I think it’s terrible companies put profit over people with false advertising. Please note they trade under other website names. The one I dealt with is “her special”. Having so many different websites under different names is red flag.

Worst product I've purchased what a complete lie

Scam - does nothing apart from make a mess. Complete waste of money - don’t bother. Absolute rubbish.

Product is a cheap fake drop ship
From China. Do not buy. I tried to return without using the product and they say send it to Florida at my own expense. Total fake scam. Avoid. Update* when I said I’d leave a bad review they offered me a partial refund which I took. I said I’d update the review so here I am. I got 12 pounds back

I thought I ordered dark brown but it says black hair. Anyway, I applied on dry hair. It said 2-3 push but I needed to use three times more to cover all gray areas. My hair was highlighted and gray hair as well and I just wanted to torn down and it did a great job. It dyed most of highlights and gray hairs, but not completely black. This is what I wanted and I’m happy with this. I applied with my hands and it did stained, so better to use gloves. It didn’t sting my scalp at all. I applied carefully only to my hair and I waited 8 minutes (it said 3 to 10minutes). I shampooed with my normal shampoo normally and then conditioner. I’ll see how long this colour last.

Useless product. Less than one star. I probably deserved it for being so dumb lol. Stained everything but my grey hair!!!
I have requested an immediate refund… I’m not holding my breath… hopefully all the other folk reading this will make sure they are out of business asap.

They claim their Nova Hair Instant Dye Shampoo is all natural and that it doesn't contain PPD or any other harsh chemicals.
Well the ingredients listed on their own websites prove otherwise:
1. p-phenylenediamine (= PPD - you can google it)
2. toluene-2,5-Diamine sulfate (= a substitute for PPD, less aggressive, but still highly allergenic harsh chemical)
3. "1-hydroxyethyl-4,5-diamino pyrazole sulfate" is used as an oxidative hair coloring agent (in permanent hair colors acting with peroxide), hence a harsh chemical.
4. Hydrogen peroxide

* If this review saves only one person who is sensitive to chemicals and therefore looking for natural hair color solutions, my goal is reached.
* This is a normal (damaging) hair color without ammonia.

I’m embarrassed i fell for this con and their late night instagram advert campaign about fakes on amazon and to order directly. Save yourself the money and continue to use dye’s. This is a fraudulent company and the claims should be investigated by Ofcom. I will be requesting a refund.

It was so liquid as water. Didn't help a thing. Trash now. A shame all these commercials!

Troep. Komt uit China, er kwam een beetje op mn gezicht, kreeg branderig gevoel, terwijl gezegd wordt dat de kleurshampoo alleen uit natuurlijke ingrediënten bestaat. Mijn fles bestaat alleen uit een doorzichtige substantie, totaal geen kleur gekregen.
Had beter op een lokje kunnen testen, want toen ik het eenmaal in mn haar had, jeukte het enorm en kreeg een brandend gevoel.Gelijk uitgespoeld. Nu een dag later nog steeds jeuk.

Absolute Rubbish
Firstly it stained my hands and neck, when it states it doesn’t!
I have asked for a refund within my 28 days period and I have had no response and 3 emails being sent!

They sent me the wrong color and they don't respond to my email request to return.
Be careful! I fell for their scam on Instagram and feel really stupid right now.

The advertisement said it doesn’t stain hands or clothes, but the only thing dyed is my hands and bed sheets. The dye didn’t take to my hair but dyed everything else

I was sceptical at first but I thought since I'm buying with PayPal Il give it ago and wolah! It worked! Very happy customer and will be recommending and ordering again and asking for a freebie for the great review 😄🙏

I did a test swab on my wrist, and it turned red, blisters and raised skin & the skin feels rough and very itchy. I would not recommend this product at all! Horrible product.

After to watching the social media advertising I decided to give it ago , the product although claims to be American turned up China afew weeks later , I did the 48hr patch test like the instructions states , that was fine so went ahead and dyed my beard , the dark brown product turned my greys bright ginger ! The shampoo burnt my face and I was left with no choice but to shave my beard off and apply burn cream for the next 5 days !
This product is dangerous, please do yourself a favour and don't buy !
