It has been 5 months since we ordered the bed from Marriott. An 8-10 week manufacturing and shipping time was 12 weeks. It was lost by the local shipping company. I was then informed a replacement would take 2-4 weeks. When I called back, I was told a replacement would take 6-8 weeks, and that was with a priority. DO not buy a bed through this outfit. Also, bought bed sheets supposedly the same as hotel. Not! Cheap

CAUTION!!! to those who buy from Marriott. They practice the "bait and switch" scam. I bought a serta perfect sleeper corporate suite 2, plush, and was reassured it was the same mattress I slept on at a marriott. 14 days in quarantine, and I slept like a rock.
When my mattress was delivered, the tag said it was the same as above. IT WAS NOT!!!! And because I signed for it, it was not exchangable. When I complained about the sinkhole it developed in the middle in 5 days time, I was told to do the old measurement scam. If you're not familiar with this, you're to take measurements of the mattresses height.........and well, you'll NEVER beat this scam. So my back is killing me on this piece of scam/crap (scrap) and I advise everyone.....DO NOT BUY FROM MARRIOTT. Al

You have the worst delivery service in the world. This is the fourth weekend we were told the truck broke down and they have to reschedule. Will never recommend using Marriott

Fitted sheet came apart after one wash. Customer service sent over a replacement. The second fitted also came apart after 1st wash. They refunded the price of the fitted but wouldn’t let me return the set as we had washed it. What are we supposed to do with with a top sheet and pillowcases. For $300, you’d expect better quality and customer service. FYI - these are not well made, much thinner and certainly not the same as you find in a Marriott. Buyer beware.

I should have read the reviews. I called the Marriott I stayed at in 5/2021 and they told me the pillows that hotel used. Ordered on ShopMarriott.com and received a pillow with stuffed with a few handfuls of down. NOT the pillow I slept on at the hotel. Tried to return it, but shipping is almost $60. Expensive lesson learned. DO NOT SHOP at MARRIOTT

I spent over £400 on a mattress topper and cover because i love the ones on the Marriott beds so much. The website defaults to European sizes so unfortunately i bought the wrong size. They agreed to exchange them but refused to send a barcode to assist in the return ( i was happy to pay the charge) so i am stuck with £400 wasted.
Their customer service was completely useless and unhelpful

Great hotel! I stay in the Marriott international for all my travels! Helpful and friendly staff!

I spent $175 on two pillows bc I loved the ones at the hotel so much and they informed me I could order them.. I received them and didn't think they were the same.. Tried them out and they are so uncomfortable and stay flat with no support.. I want the ones from the hotel so next time I'll probably just take them from the hotel since they are not the same on the website.. Disappointed and they will not email me back

Edited: So customer service called me and come to find out the housekeeping put king size pillows in queen size protectors and that is why my pillow was flat at home and not the hotel.. I am so excited they are sending me protectors so they will be just like at the hotel.. Excellent customer service!!

Several years ago bought a Marriott bed (a box-spring bed made by the UK company Hypnos). In a couple of years the bed bases started to make squeaking metallic noises when one sits, lies, or rolls on the bed. Complained to shopmarriott.com customer service. They acknowledged the problem and sent new bed bases. Those new bases were silent for another year and then the story repeated itself. Again complained to the customer service, they acknowledged the problem, but then it is silent for about 2 months already. I travel frequently and have stayed at many Marriott properties all over the world. None of the beds has been making any sounds, in fact they were all silent and this is why I decided to purchase the bed in the first place. So: a) Marriott is not really delivering the same beds through this shop as one experiences at their properties b) Hypnos quality is a joke, at least in what concerns beds they deliver through this Shopmarriott. Will never by a bed from Marriott and also don't recommend anyone to do it. If you do, prepare for long waiting times and then getting a low quality product.

Great products but slow and almost Soviet style service. Ordered a Marriott bed in early September 2019 with a promised delivery of appr. 6/8 weeks.

No delivery information received (nor any bed) we have called three times and have been promised a new delivery before Christmas, then mid January and now no information at all.

Most recently having asked for a more reliable update we have been told that we can just wait (presumably in ignorance) or ask for a refund
