I followed this to look and get items a specific person posts. Worst app ever.
It won’t take you to the person you want to find. Search bar rarely works. The app is the problem, not the content.
Signed up to follow one creator. Search bar wouldn't work, follow wouldn't work, sign out did, sign in struggled but did, terms and conditions button to say yes did not work, delete my account did not work. Its not a useable platform
As a brand founder, my experience with LTK has been horrendous. I would NOT recommend that anyone sign up with them. They literally courted me for months, saying that they offer all of these these amazing services with influencers. When I first signed up, they set me up with an account manager, we had regular calls, they were so attentive.
LTK would proactively step in and reach out to influencers that were late on their posts, and they actually were providing at least a little bit of service.
As soon as I realized that these influencers were not creating the content that they promised, the conversion rates were not matching to what was stated, I told LTK that I would not renew my membership.
NOW, that I'm not renewing my membership, LTK has completely changed their tune, stating "LTK does not communicate with influencers.." Which wasn't the case *before!*. Not to mention, the Brand Success account manager is now citing the fact that my membership is not renewing, as a reason not to help when influencers don't post their content.
NET NET: They'll tell you anything to get you in. But they'll change the rules on you real quick if they won't make more money off of you.
Honestly this platform is terrible to use as a business owner, most creators on LTK do not reply to your offers, the very few that eventually accept complain they can not accept offers because the "accept buttons are not functioning from their "! As if that's not enough the month ends and your creators use/count for the month is GONE! Zero result/ zero creators your loss while LTK gets paid! How fair is that? You have to pay for a year with their no refund Or opt up policies.
and after setting up several other campaigns, send new offers to new creators the same thing! Very bad platform for brands.
I forgot to mention those who eventually reply, and have functional buttons wouldn't even send creatives to you on time, it takes an average of 1-2 months to get creatives
