I signed up for a subscription and then cancelled the subscription once I no longer needed the product. I was still charged for orders after I cancelled the subscription and when I reach out to their customer support (which is only available via email) I just get canned responses about how to cancel my membership. I keep emailing them back to articulate that I have already cancelled my subscription (I have the screenshots and email to prove it) and just keep getting the canned messaging on how to cancel a subscription. Terrible customer service - I will not be purchasing from them again.

THIS COMPANY HAS A HIDDEN BOX TO CHECK WHEN ORDERING THAT SETS YOU UP FOR RECURRING PAYMENTS. YOU'RE TOTALLY UNAWARE UNTIL THEY TAKE THE MONY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS TACTIC SO THAT YOU WON'T BE A VICTIM OF THIS COMPANY. AS FAR AS HAIR GROWTH, THIS IS HOGG WASH, IT HAS NOT GROWN ANYTHING ON MY HEAD. THIS IS SOLELY MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY.

Liars and steals your money! No communication! They subscribed me automatically and now I have to cancel my credit card because these disgusting people will keep charging me!

The truth is that I like the product. However, their customer service is terrible. I unknowingly ended up with an auto-renewal subscription. When I realized this I immediately paused the subscription. One month later they charge my card and process another order, WHILE MY SUBSCIPTION WAS PAUSED. I have been trying for months to get a refund for their error, and it’s like talking in circles. I can’t get my complaint escalated, and they just give rote answers about how to cancel my subscription. I have an email chain of 16 messages, and it’s getting me nowhere.
Don’t waste your time or money. Deal with a more reputable company. And Lenoria, shame on you for being unwilling to fix your mistake.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They come from China then repackaged in the US then finally come to you. You are AUTOMATICALLY on their subscription list. There is no place to track your shipping!
Communications with them is nearly impossible!

I made an order, Received nothing no way of contacting them, Received random emails saying its been delivered , when clearly not. read these afterwards and realised they now have kept my bank details and are using to withdraw money out of my account. phoning bank first thing in the morning to cancel my account.

I ordered this Lenoria product and found out they come from China! and unbeknownst to me I was signed up for subscription! Which is NOT what I wanted. I tried canceling the subscription but there is no where to cancel, so I went my bank and got a new card just to stop them from deducting 40$. This was months ago and Lenoria is still trying to deduct!!!! In fact I just got another notification of Denied from my bank!

Avoid this company, there are charging You and sending the items without Your permission!!! you can’t cancel the order, not respond from emails! Do not order from them, that is my advice

Absolute fake company. It took FIONA 15 days to respond to my email. Saying "she" talked to the courier and it's still on the way. INVALID TRACKING numbers. Nothing but liars and scammers. AVOID! SAVE YOUR MONEY! There's a special place in hell for these kind of people. Burn.

ZERO STARS!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! First order was placed and I received a tracking number that was from China, even though their address shows they are in Florida. It took over 3 months to get my first order. After 1 month I was notified they were shipping out a second order saying I was in a subscription that I did not have knowledge of nor agreed to. I canceled that immediately. I returned the first order, got confirmation they received it and I am still waiting for my refund. The second order was sent days after I cancelled and requested it not be sent, ended up damaged in transit, and I was told they would give me a refund and I have not seen either refund months later.

Negative Stars!! I don’t stinking believe this. I cancelled the credit card attached to my first order. Cancelled it! I don’t know how but they managed to send another shipment!!!!! Using new credit card number. I seriously am Fuming. My credit card company said it came through Shopify. I don't know anything about Shopify but that's how there were able to get new number.

I ordered the pumpkin seed capsules on December 6 and still had not received by December 20.
I kept emailing and their reply was always "the shipment is on its way". When I went into their site, the order had no progress on shipping.
I had to contact my bank to cancel my card because I felt this company would continue to withdraw. Not trustworthy. Read other reviews and there are many complaints. Do not order from this company.

stop to send the product that i don't use and charge my credit card once time i made mistake and i did shopping from you now you are charging my credit card some times twice a month for the products that send to my ex and he put it in garage there is not phone number to contact you and i need to change my credit card because of you guys crock.

Hands down the worst experience I have ever had with online shopping, I have returned my product per their return instructions and have received the same auto response after sending them the requested photos of the unopened product and the tracking where they received it. There has to be some way to hold their feet to the fire and get my refund 😢😢

I got 8x less product than I ordered & no response from customer support ordered 180 3000mg soft gel capsules x2 but instead i received 60 2000mg soft gel capsules x2. Took a month to get. Made 4 attepts to contact them via email which it the only option, 1st no reply, second generc reply asked what was wrong which was discussed in email & requested order # & picturesofproduct, third i sent them requested information & 2 weeks no reply, 4th attempt they finally reply send the product back on your own dime & provide tracking # & after received refund will be issued pending approval. I just wanted them to send me what i paid for & have no faith they would issue a refund after spending more time & money to return.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. I made a one time purchase in September and just realized they have been charging me each month since then. I did NOT sign up for a subscription, nor have I received any additional products from them. I am kicking myself for not doing my research--I was desperate to find a possible solution for thinning hair and it seemed that the Pumpkin Seed Oil tablets were a good option to try. I tried to go to their website to cancel but the entire site is down and I cannot find any direct contact info for them online. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

The package said it was delivered to my mailbox. There was a package that contained a cheap watch and that was it. Total SCAM!!

I’m an assistant to a doctor that orders a lot of things online that I have to cancel. This company has made it nearly impossible to cancel and then they send products with a different name on the package so you can’t refuse the package.
So yeah, it feels like a scam
I don’t know if it’s a good product or not but I know it’s a shitty company

Don't buy anything from this scam company. They will take your money and not supply the goods. This is yet another Chinese company pretending to be American.
