Checked my bank account and noticed $59.99 was taken out of my account. I didn't order anything. I immediately stopped my debt card and reported.

Received order of a dress and jacket, the material was cheap, no shaping of dress at all more like a bin bag, was definitely not worth £30. Very disappointed

Ordered 2 items - both not suitable. Requested return note to send back - no reply other than numerous automated replies. Have stopped payment to this company.

Paid for item did not arrive.
Took over a week to get a reply after numerous messages from me.....they stated delivered + signed for,left in postbox when i requested in porch.
No proof of signing or what address.
I was home? Have CCTV front of my house - nothing. Now not answering me at all. Dress i ordered was for a wedding.

After a year of my husband surviving cancer & me being diagnosed with breast cancer, waiting to go in for mastectomy, also losing my brother, our adult children are treating us to a holiday, we have not been away for 10 years , I ordered 2 items of holiday clothing on the 7th of May from shopping ally, they took payment from my husband’s bank within 24 hours, i received a message on the 10th of may saying my items were on their way to me, still not received, I emailed them 2/3 days ago but apparently my email was not accepted by them, I have emailed again today requesting a full refund, I received a reply immediately saying they had received my email and a customer service assistant would be in touch with me but they also told me not to keep emailing or it would take longer to deal with my problem, sounds like a threat to me, luckily I paid by PayPal so will be asking for my money back, I would never use this company ever again.

bought their hair dye (silver smoke) that is supposed to work on "ANY COLOUR HAIR" (they even post videos of hair darker than mine being treated).. the red flag should of been when the order arrived & 3 items I hadn't ordered were also in the box (decolour cream(with a use by date of 2006!!! ... yes you read that right 2006!!!)& double oxygen milk x 2)
also no instructions at all!!!!

AVOID THIS SITE ... looks to me that they send you out of date crap as a bonus to look like you're getting a good deal!!

Placed order INGM37514 on 02.05.25. E-mail on 04.05.25 saying it was on its way. Never received. Wish I had read reviews first.

PS. Order did arrive after 3 weeks. Satisfied with product.

Items were not suitable , I tried to get a refund but they offered me another size . As I had purchased 2 different sizes and neither of them were suitable, wasn’t for me and not as advertised. Just wanted a refund . Still waiting on refund .

Àbsolute theives. Constantly try to scam me. And charge my account for random amounts. Beware.

Wasn't sure to trust them but my clothing arrived safely and quickly.
Also they responded to my messages so I would recommend 👌

Ordered and paid for an item which never arrived.
When queried they said that EVRI had reported it as delivered and declined to offer a refund or relacement

Awful its a rip off company that refuses to give any return address or refunds the quality of the goods are poor.Standard form of emails are all you get no customer 24hr service or 30 day mponey back either as advertised.STAY WELL CLEAR OF THESE CON MEN

UNFORTUNATELY DIDNT LEARN MY LESSON GOT RIPPED OFF AGAIN IN EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, PLACED. AN ORDER DID NOT WANT ORDER ATTEMPTED TO GET AN ADDRESS TO RETURN WOULD NOT ANSWER ANY FORM OF COMMUNICATION I MADE, LEAVE WELL ALONE ANOTHER LOAD OF THIEVES BEING ALLOWED TO CON CUSTOMERS WITHOUT ANYONE ATTEMPTING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT

Zero star. Never answer emails its just automated. All I want to do is exchange a tracksuit for a different colour but no response. Do not order from this company no communication, I ll have to keep this now as I do not trust this website...it was a different colour on screen when the model advertised it.

I ordered an outfit recieved it and it runs very small and bad quality. I asked for a replacement and got told they can offer me £27 refund or uf i pay shipping of £10 i can have two new outfits. I paid the £10 and since been ignored and told i refused payment there is nothing they can do. So basically not onky bad quality items stole shipping money off me for replacements. DO NOT ORDER AND AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE

I would have give zero but cant. I purchased an item on 26th December cancelled early next morning. Received item on the 10/01/25.I contacted them same day for a return address offered me £10 to keep it and give to a friend. Asked 8 times since then for a return address. My messages have been ignored
