Works but is clunky
Pro - after a couple of false starts, I got the loan I wanted. So, I got there.
Cons - once the loan is approved, you're taken back to the Humm webpage, not the store you were shopping with. Do I return to the store page, stay here and buy through this page, or is there a link back? None of this was clear.
The service works, but needs a lot of work to be called seamless.

Avoid - Can't get hold of them and mess up your orders
Can't get hold of them, the money hasn't gone to the retailer, i'm stuck in limbo paid the first payment and no order has gone through. AVOID.
I am excellent credit took a while to approve, then didn't pay the retailer. I'm left in a mess and all I get is no call handlers available and the phone line cuts off.

As I sign for the application on-line (via mobile), for me is only a trial whether application will be approved or not. Upon completion of application, then I checked my email and saw the reply from Humm and got approved by it. Purchasing the product from Harvey Norman and so delighted how the Humm works easily. Very much recommended.

Conor J was very helpful from Humm support team. one of the shops that I bought stuff from and was refunding me due to delay, they told me they already refunded and the delay is from humm. but Conor checked for me and nothing was recieved by them and I asked him to email me so I can go back to that shop to say and he did. such a helpful support

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
This would have to be the most unprofessional, disorganised, inept company I have ever dealt with.
All I needed was to change the payment method, this has taken 3 phone calls, each one going for approximately 1 hour. Their system does not work but they couldnt understand how and clearly the information was not passed along to be corrected. They are still taking monies out of the wrong account even though I finally was able to update on the app, as per their advice. Waiting for monies to be refunded still while they are still making the same mistake over and over.
