I had an issue with subscribing to the app by mistake and I had request for a refund, after a while of not getting any assistance Josh from the escalation department has been able assist me by calling me to fully fund out the matter and has assured me that my refund will be sent out to me as promised. I am very grateful for such wonderful customer service experience

Tiež som dnes zistila že je to podvod
Tiež som dnes zistila že je to podvod. Poslala som 2 eura na nejaké hrnce amazon. A táto firma si dnes stiahla peniaze 16 eur ktoré mi ostali na účte len tak bez príčiny. Je to až neskutočné aký to je podvod. Podvodníci, a nedá sa to v banke ani zrušiť ani nič, jedine založiť novú kartu. Ani banka s tým nič neurobí.

Scam site that takes small amounts from your bank?
I believe I was scammed into signing up for this website with a false offer of winning a prize. They then get you to pay €2 for signing up for their service.
Then I asked to cancel the membership and get a full refund of the €2 but they said it's non-refundable. I suggested it is my right under the cooling off period but they suggested not.
I can't believe I fell for this so easily! Must have had an off day!
