First- I LOVE Dolcessa swimsuits! They are always u pique and great quality. Secondly- their customer service is great and very responsive. I had a great experience with Dolce Swimwear. After the first gentle hand wash, one small crystal came off my bikini bottoms. I reached out to customer service just to ask if replacement crystals were available, as I was even willing to fix it myself.

My wife loves these suits. She has several. The latest order the size seemed a little off so I started an exchange. Jazper, the customer service rep, received the return FedEx receipt I sent with a short cover email telling the the need for the exchange item was a gift to my wife and time sensitive.
