Amazing customer service - very patient while quickly responding to my questions. Beautiful skirts, tops, dress as well - better than expected. I always get compliments when I wear them. Thank you!

Returning items is a problem
I am sorry, but I have to change my review. Returns are a real problem. My return came back twice although I did everything right. Obviously nobody is there to collect parcels in this appartment building with only "Colber" on the bell sign, not Colber Dancewear. Anyways in the end I paid about 30,00 € extra for a skirt I do not even wear, because the poylester-fabric feels uncomfortable, clinging to my legs all the time.

We’re sorry this experience was frustrating. The parcels were not refused by us. The name on the bell (“Colber”) is correct and absolutely sufficient for delivery; adding “Dancewear” does not affect parcel routing. Delivery issues are handled by DHL and are outside of our control. Please contact them as we advised before.
This order is from April 2025, and the skirt was exchanged twice out of goodwill for a different fabric at your request. Tips to reduce static for the latest skirt were shared via email, including washing on a gentle 30°C cycle with a little fabric softener, which usually reduces static. The fabric is worn by 50+ customers worldwide without issues.
Our offer to exchange this third skirt remains available. While we regret that none of the three skirts were suitable for you, the review does not reflect the full history of this order or the support provided.
Choice of models and help
I like the styles of skirts, tops, etc., and I appreciate the help I received in choosing the ones that suit me and their size.

Proactive help and fast resolution
At first the experience seemed to be not the best -- the order was made long time ago, not delivered, and suddenly I got the mail that my order was misrouted without any instructions what can I do with that.
I was pretty confused but before I found out what can be done, I was contacted by the company and provided all clarifications and instructions.
In one day without any actions from my side my parcel was found, rerouted to the correct address and delivered to me.
The quality of the order and service in very nice.

Very satisfied with the A-line dress !
I’m a repeat customer of this shop. This time, I bought the Noelia A-line tango dress. The design is very simple but it’s made with very soft and smooth fabric and creates a beautiful flow with my dance. Also, during my dancing, the hem of the dress never got caught by the heels ! I love it ! I got a good buy this time too !!
