The pullover looks nice, although the yarn did not feel quite as soft as I had imagined. There is a lot to like, although this detail kept it from feeling perfect.

The yarn quality is surprisingly fluid, providing a drape that follows the form without clinging aggressively. It’s highly elegant under a sharply tailored blazer.

I usually wear a medium but bought a large cuz i wanted to wear it over button downs for work. iIt feels substancial and looks way more high end than I expected. Took it to a dinner party last night and felt very put together

The polo shirts fit far smaller than the sizing suggested, leaving me unable to wear the size I normally choose. A straightforward update would have changed the experience completely.

Took longer than I expected to get to germany but honestly it’s so soft i don't even care. I have a long torso so was worried it would be cropped but it hits right at the hip. the ribbing on the cuffs is nice and tight so they dont slide down. Bellissima texture.

So tired of '''' luxury '''' knits being paper thin.this has some actual wait to it. Ot draps well over the bust and doesn't cling to my stomach rolls lol. I'm roughly 185lbs and the XL is generous. Cuffs are not tight too,easy too push them up to my elbows when I'm washing dishes.

The return process was a bit complicated because the warehouse is located in the U.S., but the customer service team was very kind and helpful. The sweater quality is amazing — soft, comfortable, and beautifully made. I only had an issue because I chose the wrong size. Overall, I’m very happy with the product and the support I received.
