Bertoni Eyewear Arvostelua 28

Ich habe Anfang März 2026 eine Sportbrille bei Bertoni bestellt. Auch auf Aufforderung zur Lieferung der Ware per Email reagierte das Unternehmen nur teilweise oder gar nicht.
Nun ja, werde wohl meine bereits mit dem Kaufvertrag überwiesenden Euro's unter "MAN LERNT NIE AUS" verbuchen müssen.
Kauft lieber am Ort !!!!

I don't know why so many negative reviews. I order from them on February 5th and on February 13th I had the glasses home. I bought the Bertoni Glacier as a cost-effective alternative to Jublo Vermont and they are awesome.

I ordered bertoni goggles a month ago.....and yet they didn't arrive.
I have DPD tracking number but with no info at all for month now.
I send two emails to bertoni customer service asking for refund or to send me another one, but no one answered me at all.

Lunettes très résistantes et confortables. Je recommande cette marque.

I contacted Bertoni regarding lenses not locating correctly in the frames.
I was promised replacement frames in June. I have emailed seeking a resolution with no success.
Disappointed.

Ho acquistato dal sito Shop Bertoni un paio di occhiali sportivi modello ALPHA e devo dire che sono molto soddisfatto. La consegna è stata rapidissima e gli occhiali si sono rivelati leggeri e comodi. Inoltre apprezzo molto il fatto che l’azienda sia italiana, sicuramente è rassicurante sapere di poter contare sempre su un supporto diretto in Italia. Esperienza d’acquisto davvero positiva, consigliata!

Précommande le 7 mai pour une disponibilité annoncée au 15 mai.
Mais voilà, le 15 mai, la disponibilité passe au 1 juin, puis au 15, puis au 30, et ainsi de suite jusqu'au 30 juillet maintenant.

Entre temps, le magasin essaie de m'envoyer un autre produit à la place, au même prix mais de gamme bien inférieure.

Puis ne répond plus aux e-mails.

J'ai finalement ouvert un litige via PayPal (heureusement que j'ai choisi ce moyen de paiement) pour enfin obtenir le remboursement.

J’ai acheté plusieurs paires de lunettes pour VTT ou pour moto et globalement satisfait

SAUF que ma dernière commande il y a 4 Mois j’ai acheté deux modèles identiques pour vtt et j’ai une monture qui s’est cassé net !

J’ai demandé chez bertoni se qu’il proposait et voici la reponse :
Merci de payer le transport 9€ et nous vous enverrons une monture sans les verres 😂

Je ne fait pas l’aumône
Par contre vous pouvez me rayer de vos clients

I've returned a pair of glasses to Bertoni to get a refund, I've been waiting for two months, keep trying to contact the customer service without success, shame.

I prodotti sono buoni lasciano.a desiderare sul comportamento della gestione dei resi. Il mio reso non ha avuto il rimborso al pari.

edit: store contacted me about a delay in stocking the product. I have agreed to purchase another model. They will ship the same day. I got an apology for waiting 6 days without an answer.

Initial experience: I have placed an order on 24/09, paid express shipping. They still did not sent the order on 01/10.
They are stating both, item in stock and available from 27/09 but still not sending the product.
They are not replying to my emails.
First time buying from this shop. Probably a scam. Don't buy here

My husband lost one lens of a pair bought years ago ,crying like a baby , I found replacements , thank you guys!!

I bought a pair of goggles sold as OK to use with an open face helmet. They are most unsuitable as the strap has no anti slip coating and does not grip firmly. They also dig into the bridge of your nose.
I returned them using the label the seller supplied via Amazon albeit at my expense. The package was returned to me because the seller refused to accept it - with what was clearly an Amazon returns label on it.
Thankfully I got a refund for the cost and postage from Amazon but clearly this company are not to be trusted so I would suggest best avoided.

Bertoni replied saying they don’t sell on Amazon yet the seller was The Bertoni Store and I stand by my comments on suitability and fit.

Bad experience. I made order though their website And they never ship it to me , i tried contacting them 3 times and i sendlt them emails And no reply. I lost my money. They will never ship or answer anyone
