The only suggestion is to inform the customers about the tax inclusive matter which I think its their rights. ie: let the buyers know once they get an email from the courier asking to pay the tax, they should forward it to shop4body.com to pay.
I believe many customers don't know this and they will pay the taxes to the courier.

On their website it says that shipping to e.g. Denmark includes all duties and taxes. However, this is not the case since January 2021 apparently, and I had to pay for that.
