Awful

Awful! Received a damaged product, I understand this can happen. The issue is with the shocking customer service, emails and phone calls ignored and false information given about response times. I will not be using the service again for sure.

Great customer's support

I've bought Confidence treadmill via Shop247 online. The delivery was on time by super helpful & friendly delivery guy! After unpacking the treadmill found the bolts, safety key & manual pack was missing. Contacted customers service team via email. During few days with help of couple team members my pack arrived and I was able to put the machine together. The treadmill works perfectly, very happy with my purchase. Customers service is TOP. Highly recommend Shop247! Thank you!
