Ordino il 14/12/2025. Prima dell'acquisto promettono l'invio della merce prima di Natale, appena premuto il bottone di pagamento la data slitta magicamente a dopo Natale. Poi arriva una loro email di conferma posticipando ancora la data di arrivo della merce già pagata al 07/01/2026. Tralascio che mi hanno fatto pagare spese di spedizione non dovute. Oggi: 13/01/2026 la mia merce non è ancora arrivata

I recently purchased a t-shirt and my discount wasn’t taken out. In order for discount to apply I have to return the item back to them and repurchase it. I explained it’s a Christmas gift for my son and I still have items that will be shipped to me in February but they cannot adjust the price. So basically they want me to disappoint my son on Christmas. Never again I will purchase anything here. We are supporting them at least meet us halfway.

Ordered a mankind hoody for a Xmas gift 2 months ago - now they are saying won’t be shipped until 23/12. Don’t advertise stock if you don’t have it at hand. Disgusting customer service.

I ordered an AJ Lee shirt back in September got a notification that it would be delivered on October 22 got a text 2 days ago and they cancelled my order and gave me my money back. Very pissed

I ordered a aj lee hoodie sept 6th , no where did it say was pre order ,paid for item on sept 6th , called Oct 9th to see where is was and was told item on hold for non payment , when it was paid for, I was looking right at statement that plainly said my money was taken out of my card , 1st rep said yes I see was paid for , she said let me put u on hold to figure this out , then said items wasn't paid for , it was, do not buy from wwe shop , scam they will try to charge u twice for one item

Ordered the Lilly Doll it took 3 months to recieve and when I got it I was so disappointed and mad. The doll was nothing like pictured. It stated it was meticulously hand sewn which is Bull. What I got looked like so cheaply made carnival toy. I returned it and asked to be refunded instantly. But I am still upset. Alexa bliss is my Favorite wrestler and I was looking forward to having this amazing doll. So disappointed and disgusted . Just the WWE being a stupid money pit

Ho effettuato l'acquisto di una maglia il 26 febbraio 2025, dopo una settimana circa, all'arrivo mi sono accorto che la taglia fosse troppo grande. Ho seguito la procedura si reso, dopo i primi 14 giorni, e dopo aver ricevuto la notifica di effettiva consegna della spedizione, avvenuto il giorno 7 aprile 2025, non ho ricevuto nessun rimborso, ho provato a scrivere delle email ad un indirizzo trovato su internet ma nessuna risposta, senza parlare del servizio clienti praticamente inesistente, con la chat che dopo aver inserito il numero d'ordine si chiude in automatico. Prodotti ottimi ma servizio scadente.

Ordered a Kane mask with next day delivery. DPD tracking said they were waiting for the item. After a couple days I spoke with the wwe store and they said I had to wait a couple more days before they could acknowledge it wasn’t sent. When that time passed I got back in touch with them to be told it was now out of stock. Complete waste of time

Buon pomeriggio, ho scritto una recensione il 7 Aprile x quello che mi era accaduto con un'assicurazione viaggi Heymondo, che in viaggio non mi aveva aiutato, ho comprato dei farmaci x risolvere il problema, ma pur avendo l' assicurazione senza franchigia, al rientro mi dicevano che non potevo avere il rimborso, dopo diversi contatti, finalmente mi hanno riconosciuto il dovuto, tutto è bene quel che finisce bene.

Ordered a couple of times to support the cause (clothing) and it's not cheap...and the quality of the garments shows after a couple of washes. My black jumper is basically grey and my very expensive pj bottom looks like a rag. Would not otder clothes from them again. I did complain about this but customer service was very disinterested in it all and blamed their supplier and offered no replacement or exchange. Disappointed overall as I have sponsored animal with them too, which I will probably discontinue.

Their tumblers are fantastic at keeping drinks hot though.

Ich habe am 15.11.2024 eine Plakette von Liv Morgan bestellt diese sollte am 13 Februar geliefert werden das Datum wurde immer wieder verschoben. Erst auf mein nach fragen hin bekam ich dann am 9.3.2025 eine E-Mail das es länger dauert mit der Frage ob ich die Plakette immer noch wolle.

Ich habe zwei Tage später geantwortet das ich die Plakette auf jeden fall behalten will. Das Datum wurde dann auf 8.4.2025-15.4.2025 geändert.

Heute hatte ich eine Erstattung auf meinem Paypal Konto auf nach fragen beim WWE Shop wurde mir gesagt das die Plakette ausverkauft sei. Ich habe sie am ersten Tag bestellt als Sie im Shop erschien die Plakette wurde auch noch ein halbes Jahr im Shop angeboten obwohl klar war das Sie scheinbar ausverkauft war.

Was aber viel schlimmer ist es wurden 10 Stück an einen USA Händler verkauft der Sie jetzt auf Ebay anbietet. Die WWE gibt nichts auf Fans außerhalb der USA die Europatour ist nur ein schlechter Versuch mit der AEW in Konkurrenz zu treten die mehr Live Events in Europa hat.

Kann nur jedem davon abraten etwas von dort zu bestellen wenn man die Angebote des Europe Shop mit dem US Shop vergleicht wird auch schnell klar das Fans aus Europa nur Fans zweiter Klasse für die WWE sind

This wwe shop is garbage. I ordered a wwe us title belt, very expensive, paid for expedited shipping for two days. I never got the belt. I am so pissed, never again. There customer service is garbage.

After receiving the confirmation emaiI, I immediately attempted to cancel my order. They refused to cancel the order and issue a refund because I "missed the time frame", which is 30 minutes. I didn't even receive the email until after 30 minutes. This was all within about 1 hour and a frustratingly slow auto response customer service.

When it comes to hoodies WWE shop is garbage, the sizes are All Wrong and they don't offer many bigger sizes. You shouldn't have to pay to return a product you can't even exchange because they don't offer bigger sizes.

Ordered a shirt to be delivered to my nephew for Christmas and accidentally used my shipping address. When I noticed I put the wrong address I tried to contact customer service the next day to change it to my nephews address and they wouldn't allow me. Makes no sense if the item hadn't been processed yet. So now I have an extra shirt and that I have to deal with sending back and they are going to charge me half of what the shirt is worth to ship it back. Won't be ordering from this company again.

Absolute false advertising about getting items before Christmas. The customer service cant even justify the lies. Shirt scheduled to arrive a week late. UPDATE - the shirt never came. I went back to Customer Service and got someone who said they dropped the ball and would expedite another one. This after four chats with customer service.
