Windwave Arvostelua

Helpful communication and prompt delivery

Turn up when that said, can’t ask for more.

Same price as all the other online retailers (controlled by the manufacturer I expect), but with a faster expected delivery, good reviews so went with them. Hollie kept me informed of progress of the order throughout, (not sure if she was human or an automated system), Bike arrived within the expected time frame. Will be happy to use Wind wave again in the future.

Helped me resolve an item part and despatched it within 24 hrs. Would recommend to anyone. 👍

been a great company to deal with, Hollie in particular has been really helpful. i wasn't able to be home for the normal delivery and she held it back until someone could be home. very quick to reply and great service overall.

To be absolutely honest from pressing to buy button it was plain sailing . Brilliant customer service the my bike the transition trans am , is even better to look and ride than the pics gave it justice . Well done windwave . I'll be buying from you again

Helpful advice on confirming item fitment and very fast delivery

Excellent service from Windwave. I made an enquiry about the very new BBB Corecaps, and received a rapid reply. The item appeared on the website next day, I ordered them straightaway, and received them 2 days later. -

Excellent kept me informed about when product would be available and delivered quickly

Excellent experience with windwave - easy check out and very efficient delivery! Customer service also was very good!

Easy ordering process but absolutely no tracking information provided. 5 days after dispatch I still had no package and no idea what was happening or who the package was being shipped with. Contacted windwave who came back to me a couple of days later. My package arrived the same day. They said I should have had text and email updates from DPD and would take it up with them. This highlighted that there is clearly a flaw in their shipping processes that need addressing. The good were as described so happy with that.

A well described and good value product. Despatched quickly and well wrapped

Once in stock, easy to order & pay and quick delivery.

Start to finish, absolutely great, easy website to navigate, incredibly speedy delivery and great customer service when I had a problem. What more could you want!

All the staff I spoke to over a number of phone calls were all very happy to help me with my questions.
