I ordered 2 of the same item. I only received 1. Multiple attempts to correct this failed. Very disappointed and will never order from them again.

Habe drei Bestellungen nicht erhalten, es wurde lediglich eine Sendungsnummer angegeben und von einer Bestellung habe ich das Geld bis heute nicht zurück erstattet bekommen!!!!!!! Sehr unseriöse Verkäufer und ein sehr schlechter Kundenservice!!!!! Viele Waren die dort angebotenen werden findet man in China Shops!!!!

After ordering 2 items from the same seller and only one arrived the order was marked as delivered . So After countless refund and disputes raised and rejected im left with only one present

I ordered a phone after I ordered it it went up in price and surprise surprise it never got shipped blamed the courier for not picking it up told me it would get cancelled if it’s not picked up in 2 weeks surprise it didn’t get picked up and they cancelled it wasted 2 weeks I ordered it from Amazon for a dearer price but at least I know it’s coming this time it was my first order with them and definitely the last joke of a service can’t even contact them never again

Do not I repeat do not shop at TikTok all the stuff that I ordered 10 items toys and kids clothes horrible just horrible sizes are horrible. Materials are even worse and the toys forget about it crap.

Continue mail e notifiche per aggiornamenti sulle spedizioni, telefonate da corrieri (credo fittizi a questo punto) che dopo circa un mese hanno segnalato avvenuta consegna all’indirizzo di destinazione, peccato fosse in una città diversa. Chissà, forse esiste un me in altra provincia. Segnalato il problema, hanno accettato di rimborsarmi, emesso il rimborso ma i soldi non mi sono MAI stati riaccreditati. Per non farsi mancare nulla, questi truffatori non consentono comunicazioni dirette e l’unico contatto telefonico è una app di terze parti A PAGAMENTO (iMile). Non esiste la possibilità di un feedback dalla app TikTok.
Che si godano i miei €10. In Medicine.
Spero facciano una fine orrenda.

One star because I cant give lower. Ordered an item, didnt arrive within alloted time frame, had to request a refund, had to wait a week for the request to be reviewed, now have to wait for over two weeks for refund to be processed

Never buy off this shop, I had to parcels go missing and they said they was delivered?
Both delivery pictures clearly not showing they was delivered and yet they still voted in favour of the seller and closed my dispute “wow”

Il vendutore annulla l’ordine dopo 8 giorni, scrive il palco come motivazione, contatto assistenza TikTok e non mi danno la possibilità di recensire questo disservizio, allora questo feedback e’ per loro, l’acquirente ordine e bisogna avere rispetto del suo tempo e dei suoi soldi, può capitare di esaurire il prodotto ma si scrive 2 righe di scuse e si offre l’alternativa. SAFETY ISSUE – WINDSCREEN DAMAGE CAUSED BY FAULTY PRODUCT BOUGHT ON TIKTOK

The “3-Piece Glass Cleaning Brush Set” I purchased and received has caused significant damage to my vehicle’s windscreen. The product left a chemical film and deep streaks across the glass, creating severe glare from headlights and streetlights. This has made night-time driving extremely hazardous.

The issue occurred directly after using the product.

I have attempted multiple cleaning methods (detergent, Fairy, standard glass cleaners), but the residue is bonded to the glass. The windscreen now requires professional restoration or full replacement.

I have attached a quotation for the replacement of my Windscreen from National Windscreens.

I have repeatedly tried everything to contact the SELLER, but I have been BLOCKED and I have been trying to get help from the TikTok Customer Service Team and they are not helping.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the seller is liable for consequential loss when a faulty product causes damage to a consumer’s property.

I am requesting:

A full refund, and
Compensation for the windscreen repair/replacement, which I will prove with professional quote.
The seller must be held accountable for selling an unsafe, defective product.
I hope someone will look into this as a matter of urgency and get back to me.

If nothing is resolved in 3 days, I will take this up with the Small Claims Court for the clsim.

Product was not properly packed resulting in the battery running down. It had no packaging itself so it's much harder to give as a present for my 4 year old grandson.
My biggest complaint is the lack of any contact number or contact details to be able to complain and return this item. I cannot believe the tiktok is running such a truly awful scheme

Discussing order a 250 pound plouise 24th crusing home advent calendar been waiting since 29th November been waiting for pick up from currier and if not delivered they are going to cancel the order I’ve tried speaking to customer service they don’t ever listen this is discussing I will never use this again

J'ai commandé un masseur que je n'ai jamais reçu dans ma boîte aux lettres alors que le livreur indique qu'il l'a livré et que j'ai même signé, bizarre étant donné qu'il s'agissait d'une livraison dans la boîte aux lettres !!!!
Aucune enquête n'est faite par Tiktok shop ils ont tout simplement refusé le remboursement car je n'avais pas assez de preuve... La seule preuve que j'ai est ma boîte aux lettres VIDE !
