Exceptional in every way

The service has not been rendered by DHL. Initially they emailed me to expect delivery by 9 pm 8/31/26. No delivery was made. After my contacts to them via email and phone with confusing and conflicting replies from them, DHL replied the product is being held by US Customs and is outside their jurisdiction. The DHL email stated it may take up to 90 days to resolve although they stated nothing was required of me, the shipper, or DHL Express. Based on this email and my own research the last couple of days, I believe this is a regulatory impoundment stemming from operational negligence. Further if physical examination has occurred, since the product is consumable and health sensitive even if released the product is now unsafe for consumption and unusable. As such the contract of sale with PharmaNord has been breached and I have received zero value. I am an innocent consumer who trusted your webshop to safely and legally navigate international transit. I am requesting a full refund to my original form of payment. I look forward to your compliance.

I have been dealing with Pharmanord international for many years , I find them excellent, and their products to be very good quality

I previously ordered your Red Yeast Rice product but with 10 mg of Monocolin K, back in 2022 an 2023. I have had great success with this product regarding my cholesterol. However, I do see that it now only has 2.5mg of the Monocolin K. Any chance that you will have the 10mg available soon?

I was not happy about my order. Have been ordering for years and no problem. This time they won’t deliver it until I pay another 36 duty fee. So in my opinion the company should pay and let them deliver my pills. Otherwise they are sending them back.

Excellent product, fast shipping, professional packaging. I can’t find something negative. I recommend it if you’re looking for top quality.
