BADD. It's been 10 days and still no package

I ordere 1 pack of Dutchii magic truffles. Arrived 2 weeks later. Shrooms hit me like a 10 tons truck. I ordered to czech republic. I for sure reccomend.

These guys have quite a scam going. They take your money and claim to ship the products and even give a fake tracking number. It connects to their fake shipping company and in a few days they will ask you to pay for 'insurance checks' yeah that's a scam. The website is fake and so is the company. Don't spend your money with these pos a holes. Karma will bite down hard on your dumb azzes. 😉

Ordering process was okay, lots of information and everything explained well. I received them in the post within a week. Given it was my 2nd time (and the first was only 1.75g of shrooms which gave me a good trip) I went for 10g of Atlantis truffles, and my friend 5g (who had never tried shrooms before at all). I’d have thought this would be enough for an adequate trip based off their info on dosage and other info I had read. We ate them in the morning on empty stomachs and we felt nothing though sadly. Barely even a tickle, wasted the next few hours waiting for something to happen and just felt a bit uneasy moreover anything. I still have 30g left from the same order but feel uneasy when I can’t calculate the dosage accurately. Emailed the website to ask for advice and ask if shipping may have affected potency (as the vacuum sealed bags were inflated with air when they arrived), this was 10 days ago and still no reply, so sadly I’m here writing a negative review. I had faith in these but it turned out to be a flop I think, and doesn’t look like I’m the only one who has tried them and felt nothing.

This is a scam! Don’t give these people your money!

I don't get why the people below me are giving this website such a bad rating. I ordered 2x Atlantis last Thursday, and they turned up 6 working days later. The customer service was a 5/5 throughout the process of the transaction. Will definitely be using this website again. To add to this, I've seen people saying "I ordered 200g Truffles" and it got stopped at customs. Yeah, well maybe that's because you've not exactly ordered a discreet amount. Grow your own if you want that much.

After the first package was lost or customs had it etc.. I didn't get a letter from customs BTW. After waiting month they did arrive to a alternate address. The website isn't fake but I did have my doubts I was really annoyed for a while but hey ho 1 month later they are here. (uk)

After placing my order online with magic truffles it took about three weeks for my order to arrive in the USA. Immediately upon receiving my package I followed the instructions on the website to make my EZ grow kit fruit mushrooms. A little over a week later after no sign of growth I emailed Magic truffles directly and asked if there was anything I Could do to trigger my kit to grow. I received an email back with a long detailed instruction page on how to properly grow the mushrooms Which couldn’t have been any more different from the directions on the website! I notified Magic truffles that I followed the directions provided on the website after receiving my order and was puzzled to why I hadn’t received the instruction page by default immediately after placing my order! After notifying Magictruffles.com that I followed The directions provided on their website they stopped replying to my emails! I have repeatedly sent emails asking if I can save my EZ grow kit and still after almost 3 weeks I have not received a reply. Overall I am very disappointed with my first time experience with magictruffles.Com and will not be ordering again in the future and warn any future buyers to be careful Of the poor business practice and terrible customer service they provide.

Have the package 6 working days after it was dispatched. I'm sure half the reviews on this page, they finally turned up and the reviews haven't been changed. I had no issues with emails with the guys. Definitely would prefer some sort of tracking for peace of mind but they turned up so, can't wait to start the growing process. Thanks guys

Don't waste your money with this company . It appears they are now a scam site .
Ordered two different orders 3 and half weeks ago and nothing. No letter from customs. Use truffle magic instead and get tracking with delivery as they actually refund or resend and have many good reviews. This site however doesn't deliver.

Ordered 12 days ago and haven’t received anything. They have also stopped replying to emails. I doubt the order was sent. I understand with everything going on they might not be able to meet orders but they shouldn’t take people money!

I ordered from them 10 days ago and still didn't arrive. I did not receive a reply from them. Avoid at all costs. Cheaper to flush your money down the toilet.

Very poor. Placed an order 3 weeks ago (23rd March) and told the items would ship as soon as the payment is made. They allege that the order shipped on the 24th of March and will take 6 days to arrive. It is now the 9th of April and the vendor has stopped sending responses to emails. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to these during lockdown but unfortunately some people are just looking to make easy money. Avoid them at all costs ( also they do not advise you at the time of ordering that they would not refund if sent with a certain shipping method).

I will update this review if any response does come through but I am not holding my breath at this point.

Ordered on 20 Nov and received shipment on 4 Dec. Great for International post to USA. The truffles were fresh and vacuum sealed. They had a fresh crunch to them when chewed.

Its been about 20 minutes and I am starting to feel the effects. As i never have tried any type of mushroom product I started with 1/2 a package. About 7.5 grams.

Magic Truffles lives up to their advertising on their web site. I will definitely order again.
