Went to service my 04 sportster had a few tech problems so was given a loan bike organised by the lovely Katie on service reception, rang me 2 days later to say bike was ready but weather was foul, no problem for this great team we checked forecast together and it will be 5 days till next sunny day, still no problem, what a fantastic experience, so kind and understanding and am very thankful, TOP TEAM 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I went to Triumph East London for one of my bikes first MOT. As usual the service was impeccable, very professional and very friendly. Got Lind to fit a fuel sensor to my 48 and unfortunately the part didn’t work. 8 months later I got them to replace it under warranty. But sadly it didn’t work again.
While getting the mot I asked them to have a look again as it still didn’t work. Once I got it back I realised the electronic part of the speedo now wasn’t working.
Due to it being out of the original warranty they won’t fix it…… but it never actually worked. Now the shop from Winnersh has gone and the team has left they won’t cover this. Essentially paid to have my motorbike in a worse position then when I asked them to work on it 👍🏽 great!
