I love these shoes
I received my Sursee Shoes for days ago and have worn them ever since. I was having a problem with pain on the joints in my feet but that pain has pretty much disappeared since I’ve started wearing the shoes. I have just ordered a pair of leather kyboots to wear to work.

Very slow to process refund
Very slow to process refund. I had to contact several times. Responses we're quick, but action was slow. No apologies, either.
To clarify: return was received June 27th and refund was not received until July 14. KYboot did not attempt to process the refund to my card until I sent 2 emails. I am not a chronic complainer who likes to issue bad reviews, but I feel compelled to voice the truth here.
Honestly, I would not even have posted a review, but I have received several emails from KYBoot urging me to do so.

Your order was returned on July 2nd at 8:03 am (according to the USPS tracking number), and the refund was issued after 7 business days, on July 12. You probably saw the transaction in your statement a day or two later, as credit card companies take a few days to process. As we inform in all our emails and notifications, the refund may take up to 10 business days- depending on the backlog.

Love these shoes! Never did I think I could wear pretty shoes/sandles with foot problems, but, I can with KyBoot. No more orthotics, no more visits to the podiatrist.KyBoot will be my only shoes in the future.

Wow for walking in a cloud
Wow! My feet felt fabulous for the first time in a long time. They are expensive, but when we can’t walk properly, we are on a quicker path to our demise.

Bought my first pair in Germany a…
Bought my first pair in Germany a couple of years ago and loved them. Only problem was the light color which I have stained. Love the new ones I received and plan to wear them on our Cruise in Germany in August. Very comfortable with excellent arch support!!!

Love how they work - only one complaint
Love how they work. I couldn't walk without them.
I also have bought pairs for my wife and son.
The only complaint I have is they don't come in widths. buying a longer shoe means several returns and repurchases. Also a more uncomfortable shoe. They should have a wide shoe for the price.
