Fraudulent, fraudulent company!
I ordered a new 2.5 Diesel engine on 2025.07.25 with shipping for 4990 dollars.
2026.03.09 an older type refurbished used engine assembled with used parts arrived and I paid 404 EUR for shipping. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to emails, fraudulent company. I will teach them the ropes with an international law firm if they don't refund the amount paid within 5 days. Otherwise they will charge multiple times more, I have money and time. Never order anything from them.

I am overhaul my Sorento diesel for the first time and unsure what engine bearings specificaitions to use but Korea Motors representative very knowledgable and recommend the right parts. Have since bought from them the 3rd time with good experience and delivery. Will buy more soon.

I've bought headlight for Sorento. Everything worked really well, communication was quick and easy, and delivery also was pretty quick. I was afraid about packing but they used foam, so part was well protected.

騙局，千萬別上當，我2024/12月在該公司網站買了新引擎，但寄給我的非新引擎，是整修品，然後就聯絡不到人了。後來透過韓國消費院（KCA)的協助才得知，這幾年來該公司已用同樣手法，騙過國外數起案件。被騙了4100美金. Damn, don't buy it.
It's a scam, don't be fooled. I bought a new engine from this company's website in December 2024, but the engine sent to me was not a new one, but a refurbished one, and then I couldn't contact anyone.

This was my first experience with shop.korea-motors.com. Once I corrected my mistakes in order data, it flowed smooth, automatic follow up and order updates ending with delivery notification. All parts bought as a kit, were well packaged, accordingly to the description. Total transit time was good to me. I will definitively use their service again.

Scam. They give you options of the part number you need. You accept and parts are not correct. They do not solve the issue, neither return the money. Never buy from them

Ordered a bumper and side skirts for my 2012 Hyundai Accent. Shipping was packaged well and order came in a reasonable time limit.

I ordered a new set of front and rear bushings for the balancing shafts of a 2005 D4TsB diesel. Out of stock on other sites. I paid via PayPal and received everything as ordered in ten days via EMS. Thank you KOREA MOTORS.

Estou tendo uma experiência ruim com empresa Shop.Korea-Motors. Realizei o pagamento, via transferência para a conta de empresa. Após o pagamento, o status de minha compra parou no ajuste na inserção dos dados dos comprador na nota fiscal, mês 05/2023. Solicito informação sobre a previsão de envio de meu motor, porém não respondem, por nenhum dos canais. O pior é que não informam se realmente irão enviar o motor. Por hora, estou aguardando o envio do motor Hyundai Terracan 2.9.

Hello everyone, I wish I could have visited this review before wasting my money to those thieves. I transferred 4187$ for the purchase of a new engine for my Hyundai porter2 truck on 10th June 2022, but since then they cut any communications with me, I tried all means and when I mention my order number they say we are still waiting for the ship. I filled complaints case with Korea police and I am still waiting. Their website doesn’t even accept customer reviews This company seems to be a fake company owned by Russian they even pretend to have a representative in Russia and in Turkey. I advise everyone to stay away of this fake business company.

Once they received my payment they ceased all communication. No longer responded with their email, online chat and blocked me from calling on whatsapp.
I googled and became very worried after reading horror stories from other buyers and increased my efforts to contact them. No replies at all. When I tried calling continuously they blocked me.
I have now had to spend time lodging fraud report with NZ Police and have had to pay huge fees to attempt to recover some of the money. I have been told that it will be considerably less
