This was second or third time using Shoott. The concept is genius because you only pay for the pictures you like.
The photographer was in touch in advance and we had some last minute schedule and location changes etc., but our photographer was flexible and worked with us.
The photo session was fun and we loved the pics! My kids look great in the images we got.
We’re happy with this service and will definitely use it again in the future.

I’ve been using shoott for our family pics since 2023. As a mom of 3 under 3 I was very hesitant to commit to overly expensive sessions that only give you a small quantity of pictures (given that we were dealing with toddlers and babies) Shoott was perfect for us to try out family pics with no pressure. Turns out, it works the best for our family and we’ve done about 6 sessions over the years at different settings! I love the outdoor , organic vibes, and that there’s a mix of candid and posed shots. every photographer has been so kind and patient with us. The fast turn around is impressive as well for the large amount of pics in each gallery.

I’ve been using Shoott for the past 4 years for our annual family photo. I love how easy and no fuss it is. With two very energetic young boys, the session time is perfect for maintaining their attention without boring them or making them restless. We’ve been lucky to get great photographers who really listen to what we are trying to capture, and are receptive to our ideas and suggestions. The variety of locations available makes scheduling sessions so flexible, and offers an array of backgrounds depending on the look you are going for. We’ve always gotten our photos on time or early and always have enough good ones to pick from. I plan to continue using Shoott for our family photos, and highly recommend it for anyone with kids who wants to make the process as painless as possible for them.

It was really cool - I was able to have someone purchase a gift card for me at an amount of their choosing, schedule and complete a photoshoot for free, and then use the gift card to buy a few of my favorite pictures from the shoot.

Low cost and low commitment way to get professional photos done!

We have used Shoott 4+ times now and have been pleased each time. It's not perfect and we haven't loved all of our photographers, BUT every time we're pleased with the photos and have trouble narrowing it down! Any other way to get family photos is out of our budget, so Shoott allows us to capture annual memories that we'd otherwise miss out on! Thank you Shoott!

I have used Shoott twice and love it! One time was for my maternity shoot, and the other was for my son's first birthday. We have had great experiences both times and love our photos. Highly recommend.

I wanted to address the $50 charge because I don’t feel it was fair or clearly communicated.

We were only 15 minutes late, and the session time was not extended or accommodated for, so we simply used the remaining time we had and were still able to complete the photos. We didn’t hold anyone up or waste additional time. In fact, had we arrived on time and ultimately only selected two photos from the session, the photographer would have had the opportunity to potentially earn more from the session and additional photos.

Instead, the $50 charge feels like a penalty for being 15 minutes late, even though we still received only the time that remained and did not create an additional inconvenience for anyone. If this was a specific late-arrival fee, I believe that should have been clearly stated upfront rather than being presented as a charge based on a service received.

Unfortunately, because of this, you’ve not only lost the opportunity for the photographer to potentially gain a returning client, but you’ve also lost me as a customer. I would have been happy to use your service again, but being charged an additional $50 for something that wasn’t clearly disclosed beforehand has left a very negative impression.

Booking was easy, prices are affordable, turnover is fast, and my photographer Jonathan was extremely professional.

We’ve been using Shoot since 2020. Three times and loved it and order photos every time! It is SO convenient and such a smart & cool idea! Love everything about it and will continue to book :)

I've been meaning to get pictures of my daughter and our toy poodle for years. Shoott made it so easy to book the shoot too. Our photographer was awesome and I was blown away by how amazing the photos looked when we got them back! I can't recommend these guys enough and now we plan to do a family photo shoot in the fall!

We used Shoott for the first time last weekend for our maternity photoshoot and it went SO well! We loved our photographer and our photo gallery was stunning- almost every photo was terrific! I am very pleased and will be using them again for sure and recommending to my friends and family. So pleasantly surprised and happy I tried them!

I have wanted to take family photos for years but was daunted by the task of researching photographers, then coordinating time & location with them, and then haggling over price or feeling like I had to commit hundreds of dollars to an experience or product I was unsure of. Shoott relieved me of ALL of this! Their platform made it SO easy and convenient to book a photo shoot at a time and location that worked for us; I loved being able to self-service online and also felt comfortable that I was only responsible for paying for the photos I purchased. I ended up having to reschedule one time, which was also super easy. And then the photo shoot itself was wonderful; our photographer was communicative, professional, friendly, and we love our photos! We ended up buying the whole gallery since we loved them so much and couldn't choose. This was a truly fabulous customer experience all-around and removed all of the pain points which I otherwise feared and dreaded about hiring a photographer. I will absolutely use Shoott again for family photos (and maybe for headshots too!) and highly recommend them.

Easy to book a session online. I did maternity photos. Photographer was kind and professional. Loved that the session was only 30 mins. My husband and I are happy with our photos and would book with Shoott again for professional high quality photos.
